Mister Nerd sir, if you had no other choice. Would you fight Heroic from killing Monstrous Hat for good? (This is a last minute situation, meaning you don't have time to run because your dear friend is inching closer to death and is begging for your help)

Nerd read the message, his face one of saddened shock. For a moment, he didn't make a single sound or movement. Then, as he started to speak, he rubbed his eye. "Heroic lied to me... H-he made me hurt someone I wanted to protect... A-and then he lied again, I.. I thought Brown Hat already died..." He was crying quietly, rubbing a bandage on his neck. A while back, Kenneth had done a ritual to try and trap Monstrous. It backfired, and Nerd was marked as the being to be taken as the price for the summons. The wound had long since healed, but Nerd wore the bandage to remind himself of his small hope that one day he will be removed from Slug's home. After a small pause to try and gather himself from the painful memories, Nerd attempted to answer the question.

"I... Don't know if.... I-i would survive such a thing but... Y.. Yes, I'd.. Do my best t-to help Monstrous fend off his quote unquote hero counterpart." He paused, "I don't know how to fight, b-but if it came down to it.... I'd..."

This is where Nerd had to pause to breathe, rubbing his eye again. This topic was distressing him, but he felt one he needed to get it out. "I would literally rather die than lose another being that grew close to me. I care about Monstrous so much..." He sat down, fiddling with the false death notice Heroic Monstrous had written earlier.

Sitting there, in room 404, chained at his wrist to the walls stained by his own blood... He started slowly tearing the paper apart. Tiny pieces of the falsehood being nervously scattered across the room like some kind of morbid confetti. "Brown Hat escaped being Test Subject number Fifteen..."
