My advice to other trans women on this site: block. And don't just block one user here or there, if you come across a seemingly popular terf/zionist/maga/whatever the fuck blogger, use their blog to block dozens upon dozens of these people at once. Ideally a good blocking session will add a couple hundred blogs to your blocklist.

Find a terf post with a few hundred reblogs, and block every single person who reblogged it uncritically. Then find another post, and do the same. Do this multiple times, and keep doing it! Complete this mass blocking process as many times as you are able, it is time consuming and tedious, but it is necessary!

You need to discard any apprehensions about blocking people who have not attacked you directly, you need not worry about blocking someone who may not 'deserve' the block, your safety and peace of mind is more important than any potential casualties incurred in your blocking sprees.

Another word of advice: do not linger too long on these people's blogs. Especially if you are a trans woman mass blocking terf blogs. These people are steeped in some of the most hateful, toxic, reactionary, fear-mongering rhetoric you've ever seen, it is genuinely disturbing and disorienting looking at what these people say and think! Especially if you are trans, so block the person as quickly as possible, and do not scroll their blog trying to 'confirm' that they are a terf.

Many of these blogs contain posts that are so deeply hateful and transmisogynist, and also do not have any discourse whatsoever happening in the notes. It's safe to assume every reblog and like is from a blog you need to block.

you can hide the contents of some posts with adding the tags like "radical feminism", "radfem", "radblr", "terf", "terfsafe", "terfblr" to the filtered tags list. the post still appears, but with a warning sign that the tag has filtered tags (and displays which ones). this reduces the need for scrolling through the blog significantly.
