TVD came out in 2009, a year where vampires were cool. Of course it got high ratings! TVD ratings dropped drastically in season 3 and the beginning of 4( When Delena didn't even happen). So stop saying" Ratings dropped because of Delena" It wouldn't make sense since it's not even Delena centered anymore and the ratings haven't changed.

I am posting this on the anti-damon/delena tag to try to prove a point to all you morons who use that as an excuse.  The show clearly went downhill with plotholes and writing skills and this is coming from a complete Damon/Delena stan.
