Balance to me is looking after yourself, making sure that you’re surrounded by family and friends and loved ones, but also finding a bit of a peace and calm in life because Monday to Friday I work 17 hour days, I’m on location, in freezing cold weather. To look after myself i try to eat really well. I like to take a dance class or pilates class.
