Someone probably already said this but it's so stupid when a proshipper goes "everything is proship. you being a selfshipper is proship. your favorite ship (adult x adult fully consensual not related no abuse) is proship"....cause then...WHY ARE YOU STILL CALLING YOURSELF A SELFSHIPPER THEN???? Why do you still like the content you like if you assume it's pedophilic/incestuous/rape supportive? How come it's a problem now if we like it (which we fucking don't) but it's totally fine for you to still like it?

Okay but people are way to comfortable shipping people they dont know, like i was just watching two guys arguing over whether iphones are better than androids, normal video right? Shout out to self-shippers who are currently losing / have lost feelings for their F/Os in the past. Whether it be that you're simply growing apart or the ship has become a strain on your mental health, you are valid!

It's hard when feelings fade, but remember that self-shipping is all about fun, and there is no shame in taking a break or stepping away from a character that you don't want to self-ship with anymore.

Old F/Os will always be there, should you choose to return, but there is no obligation to keep doing something that doesn't feel right anymore. ♡
