Nowadays, everything has to be quick and easy. People are getting less and less patient. Food has to be served instantly, even if it's gourmet. The Internet speed is getting faster and faster that web conferencing is now real-time like speaking to your next-door neighbor through a window. It's the same with learning. e-Learning is now a widespread and accepted form of media for learning. However, like everything else learners expect it to be easy to use navigation-wise, as well as quick in terms of perfomance. Learners don't want to see their courses buffering or freezing. So, for e-Learning to be effective, we should always consider how easy and convenient it is for learners to use them.
