I prefer my original, traditional art of Arnold more than the digital vers, but I like this one enough to post it!
I keep playing around with Arnolds colour scheme and none of them really resonates with me for some reason, so if i drew Arnold again, expect a different colouring?
Stuff ive found and written for my fanfic references but its also very fascinating how you can even analysis the way Jet speaks down to his character.
- He talks like a leader:
- Precise to the point, but spoken casually often times.
- Emphasis on certain word.
- Barely an unnecessary words.
- Praises other easily.
- When persuading, calls them by name often.
- Also when persuading, sometime ask questions that often expects only one answer.
(Ex: "Doesn't seem fair, does it?")
- Speaks less precise when overtaken with emotions.
- When angry, repeats variation of the same sentences to emphasize.
- More lax at Book 2, present uses of "So", "Hey", " You know?" And "I think", Which was uncommon before.
- Explains his intention or emphasize why a certain thing matters.
Ex: (" You know, as soon as I saw your scar, I knew exactly who you were. You're an outcast, like me. And us outcasts have to stick together. We have to watch each other's backs. Because no one else will.")
- Talks to himself alone.
(Ex: [Whispering to himself.] They're not there. [Opens his fist to show some emerald colored rocks.] You'll have to firebend, old man. [He sees Iroh going inside, and narrows his eyes.] Where're you going?)
- Post Brainwashing:
- Lack of persuasiveness and calm B1 and Early B2 has.
- Shouts a lot trying to make a point.
- First time seen stammering,
- Outwardly shows lack of certainty (Common use of "I think")
- After reversing the Brainwash, and during his demise, back at talking with the precision and persuasion. (Convincing he'll be alright.)
- Shows outward surprise of connecting a dot.
"That's it!" And "Like a Lake!" (Pre-BW Jet thinks quietly.)
Jet makes his point clearly with emphasis and reasoning behind his actions (honest/dishonesty takes less importance). But kept his voice casual enough to sound approachable and comforting.
(As what can be expected from a leader of many traumatized children)

The way every loss is highlighted and Wato's "It nearly cost me... every I own." Led me to interest, did they became very protective of their items despite the abundance? That's interesting.
Mellohi... Ah he's obsessed over The Strength Dimension. "It has wood, it has food, it has ores." Low-key reminds me that it's the literal opposite to End Barren, even if they're different characters.
The subtle day progress in the corner actually caught me off guard, it's so weird to have them unmentioned but isn't that interesting? It's like everything EB! Wato could ever ask for! The resources, the companionship, the day passing quickly (unnecessary edit: accidentally predicted what Wato was about to say).

Huh... The feeling of being watched. Of waiting to wake up... That's pretty End Barrens. Missing something that's calling for him... It really gives of the everything felt like it's just dream kind of stuff. Time?
Is it the feeling of the inevitable? Just like BizarreSMP, unconsciously reminded that everything will end and what they has will no longer matter so he tries to enjoy what he could to an obsessive degree?
Oh my god stop. I can't End Barrens is SO HAUNTING. "I found myself in another another barren world." They finds and feared being stuck to a barren world everywhere, claiming to not be able to escape it. Is it really a barren world or has your mind tricked you into fearing one that resembles it?
They're so scared of going to the Dimension now... It's interesting how getting resources from the harder way, especially socially is thought to be more positive. O lord that that glitch into 100 UTOPIA is VERY concerning. 4 Hearts, 50 EXP, no item, weird hand? "MY EVERYTHING" OH no.
"I'm past the point of thinking I can't do this anymore. I'm just doing it regardless. At what point do I stop and give up." Aaand another Wato quote that is TOO relatable dear.
"Kept fighting for whatever reason..." Were they obsessed for resources because that's what they're at least good at? I'm trying to gauge why are they the way they are. Was he so scared of the Utopia addiction because he can't stop himself from getting resources and thus wasting time and it the End Barren trauma that every Wato seems to somewhat acquired somehow?

If this came from eb Wato, they're so scared of having nothing again that they now becomes so obsessive over having everything and not knowing what is enough.
Even if this is a different Wato, it's still possible to be addicted to the dimensions abundance. Then Wato REALISES they felt like time is slipping so quickly and it's so exhausting to mine and mine YET they can't STOP so it's so terrifying to go back there and fall into the pit again!

From the very first video of Deadliest world, Containment Zone, Winter Apocalypse (If wither storm is counted as one), Evolved Invasion, Zombie Apocalypse, Yellowstone Park, Evolving Mob, Horror Hotel and the most recent Cursed Town!
That's a LOT. Across NINE from SIXTEEN videos! And they are now being brought attention in the latest video. Scientist Apollo is researching about it, he's always been, all of his experiments except for the first one has always been related to that.
And isn't that fascinating? Why is he researching that, was this the reason some of the universe makes the cut to the playlist? Will some of the previous infection/mutations unrelated to Scientist Apollo will be brought back and dots will connect? I don't know. But I do believe that it's intentional.
This post was just me pointing it out and asking the all likelihood unanswered questions. But even so, I just think it's worth a mention.
How come no one has told me Evbo_ are like pretty cracked at Minecraft. Watching his tournaments event rn. (The duos be are great, love Purpled and Evbo's dynamic.)
A little ironic. I wanted to give Jet an eagle or wolf mask at first since it represents him so well, but I was so deadset on it being an Avatar-style animal.
So I went to the list and couldn't find any I wanted, but then, I found out that Komodo-Rhinos are very protective with their younglings (which I associated to his Freedom Fighters kids). Every possible choices suddenly fell to the Komodo-Rhinos mask ideas and I cannot help myself...
Always loved the idea that Jet to the core revolves around Fire Nation. That his entire existence was raised by Fire Nation after the raid. Oh oops I almost started at rambling. What's more ironic than his animal being the very same animal that Rough Rhino who burned his village and family rode?
Okay. So two of my favourite Minecraft storyteller decided to pull a multiverse on me. Okay okay I can handle that. And possibly is building for something a whole lot bigger. Okay oh god yeah okay. And not expect me to go... Insane????? huh????? Dude.....???
