so anyway i started my first dnd campaign, well more like a module, even though i'm a total dnd noob and i've only been playing for a few months. and i decided to make a malice mizer dnd thing where they're all vampires living in a castle and kidnapping people. so yeah it's an absolute circus. at least my players started listening to mm now. i love these fucking emotional rollercoasters, like one second there's some insane drama, some toxic yaoi, közi biting a player and both of them crying, and the next second the player who can turn into a shark (that's a chainsaw man reference i think??) is jumping at yu~ki and trying to spray him with water from a bottle or something in front of everyone. (earlier they tried to make a door trap that also involved water, and another player fell for it)

also at first my players were like "aw they're not evil… why are we even here." then i show them literally eating people (uh yeah they're vampires) and my group is like "holy shit these are fucking monsters, what the fuck is wrong with you"

honestly it's turning out super aesthetic, fun and shitposty. but i still want to kill myself~~~

finished kiwami and my heart is broken. I'm genuinely convinced nishikiyama didn't do anything wrong. not a single thing. kiryu bumming in jail is basically what kazama-san did in y0. like, I'm leaving you to be torn apart by the whole family, deal with this shit yourself. it's presented as a right solution, but /in fact/ it sucks ass.

i dunno, i was familiar with the whole plot long before i started kiwami, but playing the game myself was like.. i felt like he didn't even mourn nishikiyama enough. I'm genuinely disappointed. I'm not tryna say that kiryu is bad, no, he's my lil silly baby, but.. i feel the slight taste of shit on my tongue, abd the game left me kinda desolated.
