For some reason I get unreasonably upset when a dish with mushrooms is labelled plant-based
Okay, but there is already a term that means 'no animal products.' Just call it vegan!

This man needs to be hunted for sport.
Don't know if anyone cares, but this man is using an IKEA kitchen with VOXTORP gray fronts.
Weirdly, there is no toekick and you can see the black cabinet legs underneath. It'd probably be better to add the toekick so it's covered.
The countertop is non-IKEA. That is from elsewhere.
Customer called me a transphobic slur today at work. Wonderful
Another reason why trains would be good is that most people are not good at driving
FUCK. honestly just FUCK. We missed a very important day yesterday.
what was yesterday, cat?
I’m not missing it this year.
the sigils are a bit wonky but i tried my best
(also if yall could throw me a view and maybe a like on the original upload I'd appreciate it)
gotta watch til the end, the sigil isn't activated til i complete the circle :)

pretty
You hear so much about women in STEM, but what about women in peril? Can't we get some attention too?
I am so excited. I got a new pen!
It is the Montblanc Meisterstuck 149 and is from the 70s!
incredible stuff happening out there
There's gotta be someone more qualified. I'm fucking begging you.
@evilwizard
don’t involve me in this…

The pretty pen lady!
Absolutely not, get someone else. Anyone really

The phainopepla is such a beautiful bird; one of my favorites.
Here are some photos I got of one
I bought a prop quill only to discover it's got a prop. It's an actual functioning toothbrush my fountain pen with cartridges and everything. I guess I'm a pen girl now
That's lovely! I'm so happy, welcome to the pen club!
Also now I am kind of interested in a fountain toothbrush. A brush that uses cartridges/converters to fill with toothpaste that dispenses as you use it. That seems fantastic actually
how do you feel about rollerball pens?
My general opinion of rollerball pens is that they are the best of the ball-tipped pens. I would rather use a rollerball over a gel pen or a regular ballpoint pen. However, I would hate to write for an extended period with one.
If I have to push into the page at all to write, I'm gonna be sad.
My rollerball pen only exists as a pen I will let customers use at work, and one that I can use where a carbon copy is needed. I'll always use a fountain pen instead for everything else.
I suppose today is as good as any to post the Julius Caesar knife block I made
I may have made a mistake.
I introduced a friend to fountain pens a while back. I finally convinced her to buy her first fountain pen 3 weeks ago. She now owns 7 fountain pens
I feel like I should be concerned
#it was either that or gel pens
Gel pens are the reason why it took me so long to convince her. She loved her gel pens. To the average person, gel pens are the best pen they can think of, and couldn't even imagine another option.
She is already saying "$500 is probably the most I'll spend on a pen right now"
GIRL slow down. A month ago your idea of a nice pen was a Pilot G2, you don't need to jump into the deep end so fast
I've been using fountain pens since I first encountered the Varsity in like the mid 2010s, and the most I've spent on a fountain pen is $55 (Limited edition color TWSBI Eco), and that's only because I had a $50 gift card. GIRL SLOW DOWN!! Actually, follow-up question: Converters or cartridges? Did you also create an ink monster, or is she being reasonable and staying with one or two bottles of basic colors?
She's using bottled ink, and has been buying several of those as well. She says she needs a matching color for every color of pen she has.
She's definitely jumping into the deep end. At least she's enjoying it
