Thankfully the bind power on these binders isn’t super strong. in fact I once wore my binder for like two weeks straight because I was so busy my brain just tuned out the feel of it and I felt completely fine. plus the extreme dysphoria that come from unbinding, like I take it off and suddenly it feels like there are melons on my chest and it makes me want to claw them off. but I definitely should be unbinding more often than I do /neu
