I've been playing Sims 2 since 2006; been in the fandom since 2017. I started actively participating in the fandom in 2025. Really, I just care about Strangetown. I mostly write fan fiction on AO3, link in bio.

This is my best estimation of my personality. My secondary aspiration is knowledge.

A fulfilled request for barbiepinklady at GOS:

Fully / Partially invisible PC SIMS functional surgery table, made to be combined with other medical exam beds. I think they were replacements of the original PC SIMS table so you could only have one. The invisible version still has a red flashing light effect visible.

can you please explain why people collectively ship tank grunt and almeric davis? (i'm not against it, i just feel that i missed some clues that everyone seems to know)

I think the ship originated from @/budgieflitter, but I'm not totally sure if I'm right there

I can't speak for anyone else but I personally ship them because I saw a lot of fanart of them, theyre both up there in my list of favourite sims, and I'm in love with the opposites attract trope and I feel like they fit into that ship type quite well, and I think people might feel similarly regarding that last point? I'm not sure, feel free to correct me guys

Mainly I just think it's popular* bc of the fanart lol

*I use the word 'popular' very loosely here, the sims 2 fanbase is a tad bare

#I like them #like I hc that they were assigned roommates #and Almeric would keep having guys over to the room #Tank HATED it #and he chalked it up to him being homophobic #except he never hated Almeric #but Almeric having guys over would just piss him off so much #turns out he was just jealous of those guys #idk as a late bloomer lesbian I like to think of Tank as a late bloomer as well #like sure he was gay and yeah he probably liked Johnny #but as someone who grew up in a conservative household he would NOT act on those feelings #especially as the golden child #like he had so much riding on his image #as soon as he gets a little bit of freedom from Buzz #as soon as he gets to a town where basically no one knows him #his chrysalis starts to dissolve little by little #maybe the thing with Almeric doesn’t happen until sophomore or junior year #guys that closet was REINFORCED #Tank was ready to come out only when Buzz died #his dad’s opinion of him meant everything #and yeah I think Buzz is pissed when he finds out and he yells at Tank #but idk maybe Buzz is okay with it thinking that Tank is the ‘top’ or whatever
