First of all I feel like when Art is into someone it takes him a while to confess but he will flirt every now and then. Like he will try end find moments to be with you or try and make a conversation just to spend more time with you.
When he finally confesses he does it in private maybe he invites you over to see a movie and out of nowhere he would bring out some snacks and in between laughs he would kiss you out ( obvs he would only do it if he knows a 100% that you like him back)
While dating I feel like he would treat you like a queen, you are everything to him. When other people see you guys around they can’t help it but to feel jealous as Art praises you

This man would be touching you ALL the time, it can be his hand resting on your waist, grabbing your hand, to basically cuddling everywhere
