tut on how you shift awake please. I see almost nobody talking about awake methods
Okayyyy so first off I do awake methods because I kind of don’t know how to do sleep methods like at all plus I like it to be instant where I’m in control
- Make sure you actually want to shift and by that I mean know that you are ready to be there not just want but you are ready to live it
- When you are ready I prefer before bed but I really do recommend trying it during the day ik people say after you wake up but that’s not my thing personally but that doesn’t matter(I prefer when I go to bed early because it keeps my mind awake)
- Next I do eft tapping for consciousness and focus
- I then have a playlist of affirmations and subliminals and I play those. The key for me is because it’s night I have to stay awake so I make the subliminals short to keep them engaging
- after about 20-30 minutes of listening to subs if i survive and am still awake i have sounds that i would hear in my dr (eg. Water or birds because i live in a wooded area by a marsh)
- Eventually my surroundings change and it’s not necessarily the bed under me but the air in the room like I know my bed is in a different corner and I feel the wind on the side where my cr wall would be
- the key is don’t think about your body focusing on physical senses brings you back so if you see lights or hear noises just think about the tiny annoyances of you dr yesterday(e.g my hair is greasy i need to wake up and wash it… but don’t use things that apply to your dr)
- Then you take it from there and open your eyes or script that it’s automatic and you shifted
- Create imagery on Pinterest but instead of making it aesthetic make it real. Have the plain photos with no editing and know that you took these. Using these photos remember simple memories that you wouldn’t even think to script. Key is to remember not imagine.
- Listen to a playlist you would have in your dr give a song for each person and listen to it remembering small details about them
- I say my mind works better when I am fully conscious and not tired because when I’m tired I stress about the cr day tomorrow
- plan your dr day like the clothes you’ll wear and the breakfast you’ll eat or what time you’ll have a shower
