Panda and Bamboo Necklace & Earring set by Divalicious Jewelry.com with Review!
Green bamboo shoots and green lips what a perfect combination eh?
Recently I stumbled upon this website by accident as I was searching for vintage jewellery because I have a huge passion for that, when I came across this website. I went a little crazy, I bought three jjewellery and a pair of hand crafted crystals spectacle frames! They will be featured in my upcoming blog posts!
When I received this package through the mail I immediately wanted to share (apologies for the photo quality and sloppy lipstick application) with you girls so I took a matching lipstick and this is NYX Wicked lippie in the colour Risque by the way. Is this gorgeous moss green frost lipstick. Will do a review on it soon! You can purchase it here. And snapped a photo of it for you girls!
The necklace is adjustable and has a little weight, quite understandable because the panda has crystals on it, even the earrings has them. The earrings are not hanging, they are studs. So if you are not a fan of studs, do not get this set. And yes, it comes in two colours silver and gold. You can check the gold here.
The international shipping is flat and it is not according to weight. I paid $USD25.00 for shipping only. So if I should suggest something is that you should collate your items together before making your purchase because it is much more worth it that way. The customer service was great and they reply efficiently and with respect. They update you the status of your orders constantly either via text message or by email. Very impressed!
This picture is a close up of the Panda that is eating the bamboo shoot, It is so cuteeeeeee!
I really cannot wait to bring this out and wear it! And probably wear it with the Risque.
Verdict: 5/5! Go and get it totally trust worthy seller and boutique!
Till next time my loves!
Limecrime Haul!
Hey loves, its me again! I have told you that the posts will keep on coming for this month because deadlines were met and the holidays are upon us!
Recently I made a Limecrime Haul last month and am I the only one that notices that Limecrime hardly has sales on their website? Even it is near to the Xmas holidays. Oh well, if there are sales ans such I will update them down below!
I heard tonnes of good reviews on the Limecrime Velvetines. You can purchase them here. These are super intensely pigmented liquid lipsticks that dries to a matte finish. And you girls know how much I love matte lippies. So I had to try them myself. OR you can purchase them from my Instagram friend @cosmeticosjunkies if you're living in Singapore.
The picture above shows how the package came in and it took an approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive to Singapore. Although it took sometime but I am glad it came.
First thing first, let us just admire the packaging, it is stunning! The box comes in a black box with huge pink and yellow roses printed on it. Does not say vintage already? Limecrime always wins in their packaging! Its so beautiful! I loveeeeeee!
And the best part about the box, it is reversible, so the ugly postage and all that could be reversed so that you can keep the box for your own use. Right now I use the recycled box to keep polaroid photos! So beautiful. And yes I even kept the tissues!
I bought the colour, Salem, Red Velvet, Black Velvet and Utopia. These colours are intensely pigmented and smooth.
This is Limecrime Velvetines in Red Velvet (apologies for sloppy application excitement was burning me at that point of time). Stunningly pigmented aren't they?
The Red Velvet has a standard lipstain smell but it does not bother me at all. It lasts me a good 5-6 hours without touching up and upon reapplication, it runs smoothly on the lips and applies evenly! I love Red Velvet. Although I would prefer a warmer shade of red for my skin tone.
And this is Black Velvet. This colour is not for the faint hearted, if you are not afriad to wear colour and you dare to rock a vampy lip. This is great! This and Utopia has a distinct baby milk powder smells that lingers for around 10-15 minutes, it does bother me initially but seeing the colour payoff and opacity, I said what the heck! I can deal with this because it is beautiful! (apologies for the poor quality photo, this was taken directly from my Instagram: @marrycan).
This is Utopia. It has to be my favourite among the bunch because I am all about purple, berry lips and if its a lipstain, the better! Like I said upon application it has that distinch baby milk powder smell that lingers, but you are able to put up with this smell just so you can wear this colour on the lips, why not right?
Utopia was kinda disappointing in tems of application wide because upon first application it leaves streaks and I hated it a lot! But I gave it another layer and it was beautiful! I am not to sure why this colour applies differently as compared to the rest but I am willing to deal with that because it is beautiful!
As for the swatch for Salem it will be coming up because I will be doing a makeup look sooooon! So watch out for that!
I hope you girls enjoyed this review! See ya soon! By the way girls, I will be away from the country from 7th Nov - 10th Nov.
Luxola.com & Zoeva's Makeup Artist Zoe Bag Review.
Good evening my loves! I am back from work and I am very eager to share with you guys a bag that I am obsessed with this past few months because its beautiful and I think it is one of the best investments I have ever made other the Eyfa Sufi's train case!
It is the Zoeva Makeup Artist Zoe Bag, it is a three compartment bag with zippers made form faux leather. It only comes in black and inside the bag consists a complete set of Zoeva brushes, all 25 of them! Do let me know in the comment section if you would like to see a break down of the brushes and what I do with them personally!
I purchased my Zoeva bag on Luxola.com, as for CITIBank credit card members you are able to enjoy up to 40% discounts and Luxola always has discounts sometimes of the week, so do subscribe to them so that you will be able to stand a chance to enjoy those special discounts!
Love about Luxola: They carry brands that are not found on the main market in Singapore such as Zoeva, Sleek, Sigma and BeautySoClean.
Hate about Luxola: Because its a sought after website in Singapore and they are niche in a way, their items always and I mean always goes out of stock fast. Luxola, please restock your items quickly, you need to feed my inner beauty nerd desperately!
This is the front view of how the Zoeva bag looks like, the faux leather is smooth has a handle, the stitching on this professionally done and has the signature metal piece engraved with their company's logo.
And yes the hand sanitiser is not included, that is to be used when I am about to start on a clients face so that my hands are sanitised and smells like peach cupcakes! Yum yum!
On each zipper, it has two zips and they are made from metal so it looks stylish and professional. And I like the fact it comes with the leather strap so you could open the zips with ease and swiftly!
This is how the zippers looks like in a clearer photos and the zips glides smoothly and nicely which makes it convenient for the user! I love the zippers! It has three spacious compartments that wil expand almost three times its size. I love the fact they built in room to put more things inside!
A closer look on the texture of the bag and the Bath & Body works hand sanitiser that I am obsessed now, Peach Pecan Cupcakes! Smells like autumn and fall!
A closer look on the metal piece that has ZOEVA brand engraved on it with the catch phrase: COLOUR, LOVE, MAKEUP.
Let's go inside the first compartment shall we? The first compartment consists of two mesh with zipper compartments and plastic three slots with openings. The mesh material is think so I think it would tear so easily and the plastic that was made to make the slots is thick as well, so it wont bend and cause dents so easily.
Top Left: I place extra fake lashes just in case my clients do not like the lashes I brought along in my train case. And the zipper makes everything neat and well separated from the others.
Top Right: I place my most favourite and cheap makeup wipes of all time and they are by Australis. It even removes mascara and extra duty gel liners! It is pretty amazing, but the best part it only costs $2 at the local Watsons here in Singapore! Go and get it girls! I go through these like crazy because they are so useful for everything! It is not scented and has the right amount of moisture to remove excess makeup! So useful.
Bottom left: I place mini sizes of makeup remover just in case I need to do different looks and I need to remove glitters. These are by Eveline Cosmetics which can be bought at Beauty Language outlets and Maybelline which can be bought at Guardian and Watsons! This tiny bottle only costs $2!
Bottom centre: I place my skin primers by MAC cosmetics, firstly its the MAC Pro Visage Oil controlling lotion. I like to use this on super oily brides because it helps to control the oil production on their faces. Secondly, is MAC's Strobe cream if I want an extra luminous skin for the bride or my client. But I will not recommend this for oily skin types though.
Bottom right: I place my BeautySoClean daily makeup brush remover, Sephora daily makeup brushes remover and the BeautySoClean cosmetic sanitiser. Although I love these products, I wish to find cheaper alternatives for these amazing products where I could spot clean my brushes between clients and looks and at the same time sanitise them as well. Do let me know at the 'Ask me' section above yeah? You can purchase BeautySoClean products here.
This is a closer look on the interior of the first compartment. So neat , professional and organised right?
And this is a closer look on the mesh pockets in the bag. So fine and detailed eh? I love it!
In the second compartment of the bag consists of a fully plastic lined interior that enables you slot in big face brushes. I would use it to place face brushes and big palettes, but in the mean time for me this compartment fits my brush apron perfectly!
I love the fact that the interior of this bag is fully lined with plastic so dirty brushes will not make the interior of the bag dirty. If it does get dirty with powder and liquid foundations, its just as simple as getting some makeup wipes and clean it off! Ingenuous isn't it?
Girls, this is the closer look at the bands on the bag! Thsi are stretchy and fits all sized face brushes! Love it!
This is a closer look with the Zoeva brushes that this bag came with, one band holds approximately three to four face brushes depending on the size.
Closer look on the face brushes by Zoeva, so divine! <3 And yes, I still keep my brushes in their packaging. I am OCD like that. Hehehe.
This is the third compartment and as you can see, its already packed to the brim but the bag is still able to hold on to so many products. This compartment has three magnetised mini compartments and some slots for you to put some eye or detail brushes. This is my favoruite part of the bag.
The mini compartments are made of plastic so you have to worry if something spilled in those slots because you can easily clean it and I love the fact that its spacious and stretchable.
The first compartment on the top I keep mainly eye products, which means mascaras, eyebrow pencils, eye lash curlers, shavers, tweezers, eye lash glues, scissors and eyebrow gels.
The compartment below it I keep mainly face stuff such as primers, illuminaters, and cheek tints. And I love the fact that the flaps has a magnetic close to them so its easy to flip them open and just flip down if you wanna close them! I love this bag!
The last compartment on the left comprises of eyeliner stuff, eyeliners, eyebases and eye pencils be it liquid, cream or dry! I love all my purchases! Like this post to see a full eyeliner collection!
And directly below the compartment consists of eye brush slots, and these usually act as a backup just in case, one brush from the brush apron is not working out for me, and all these brushes you see here are from the Artist bag itself. I must say, they are divine to use and wash them!
I love, love, love them!
Here is a close up of the beautiful brushes, and do let me know if you girls want to see all the brushes and do a mini review on the brushes themselves yeah. But all I can say about the brushes is, they are amazing quality and they clean so easily as well.
Always remember to maintain them and do not use such harsh chemicals on them especially on natural haired brushes. Use baby shampoo or Dettol Antiseptic handwash for sensitive skin to clean them and add a little Olive Oil to condition them!
Verdict and Overall thoughts: If you are a makeup enthusiast and you know you will be using all the brushes in this kit you must grab this bag and the brushes as well! Its a 5/5!
If you are not a pro and you are beginning to try out brushes from Zoeva I do not suggest you buy this kit but you can buy in smaller sets or buy them individually on Luxola.com website so you could experiment them before investing in buying this kit.
Currently, this kit its out of stock so I would suggest to leave your email address at the Waitlist and they will get back to you once the stocks has arrived!
Amazing, classy, professional, neat, beautiful, well thought off product and organised.
Rolling Train Case by Eyfa Sufi is a dream! I am so proud of myself for finally getting this train case because its black, classy, sturdy, glamorous and now makes my work so easy when I need to travel from one place to another!
I am not to sure if Eyfa Sufi is selling anymore of these trolley cases if she does I'll update diligently on this page!
This bag is spacious and has many compartments! I love this bag and I cannot wait to make memories with this case!
If you want to see an in depth information of the products that are in my train case I shall video it down for you guys so you guys can know exactly what products I used on clients do comment on the 'Ask Me' section so I know you guys are interested!

Thanks for reading loves!
LA Girls Pro HD Concealers Review!
I got a hold on a full set of the well raved LA Girls Pro HD Concealers from my very good friend on Instagram (Singapore) ; thechicbeauty. Please add like her page on Facebook and follow her on Instagram! She is a darling!
After seeing this concealer being used in YouTube videos time and time again by popular YouTube gurus such as Jaclynn Hill, Jaz Jackson and Julia Graf I decided to grab hold these concealers and try them out myself.
The verdict: It is a MAC Pro Longwear concealer quality in a cheap price range.
If you are beginner in makeup and you want to experiment in using concealers for highlighting and contouring, this concealer is great because its so easy to blend, super high coverage and comes in a huge range of colours to suit any skin tones. Pink, orange or yellow, it has all. (Do let me know in the 'Ask Me' section if you need a breakdown of all colours available in the line).
But in the mean time, you can view this chart from www.travelingbrush.com to see the swatches of all the colours in the line!
The brush tip which has synthetic fibers makes the application easy and less messy as you are able to control how much products goes onto the face. Applying the concealer is easy as the applicator is forgiving and requires very little effort. Usually after applying the concealer I will use a damp beauty blender to blend out the concealer to a smooth and even finish!
Just how like FacesbySarah is doing, I think by using a damp beauty blender allows the extra product to be caked less onto the skin and allows only the needed amount of coverage to stay.
The beauty blender and these concealers should marry one another! Amazing!
For the record of people who do not know what does a beauty blender look like, in Singapore you can find them at Sephora, Sasa and on Luxola.com
Verdict: 5/5! Go and get it now!
Body Shop & Sephora Haul
Hello beauty junkies, I owe my viewers a huge apology for being long gone from this beauty blog because I have been busy with school and meeting deadlines! But the holidays are officially here so I cannot wait to update you girls about some beauty products that I have bought over this past weeks!
Let's start off with a Body Shop and Sephora haul I did three months ago! Yes, it has been that long! So sorry my loves...
When I was younger, I also thought Body Shop was an overpriced shop that sells absurdly expensive beauty products but now not at all! I love Body Shop now and it is only because I can afford them and I love fruity scents! Especially, mangoes, oranges and peaches! They smell divine.
At some point of time three months ago, Body Shop was having a sale of three shower gels for $14.90 (UP: $19.90 each). I took the opportunity to grab some of my favourite scents and decided to try new scents. I grab hold of the peach, passion fruit and pink grapefruit.
And OMG, I love these scents! You guys should grab them as well! That peach scented body butter! Its sooo yummyyyyy. <3
How can we go beauty shopping without dropping by at Sephora right? So I did that three months ago as well and bought these awesome products.
And after using them for months now, I have to say these items have easily become my cult favourite products!
I bought a mini and sample size of the Porefessional by Benefit Cosmetics which you can find both at the row before the checkout counters for my train case (which will be found in the upcoming posts!) and you loves know how obsessed I am with the Porefessional by Benefit! It fill smy pores, makes my makeup application smooth and makes my makeup stay all day! It is suitable for oily and combination skin type.
Secondly, Tarte's Lights Camera Lashes mascara, what can I say? AMAZING! If you want a drier formula of mascara this is definitely it! If you want volume, length, curl, waterproof and drama; this mascara is built for you! Since I have long lashes, wetter formula mascara always smudges at the top lid because they cannot dry fast enough to prevent smudging. So this mascara is perfect of that purpose! I know there are many cheap alternatives for mascara and I do not need a high end mascara but this is an exception that I am willing to make (excuses I know!).
Last but not least Clinque's Bottom Lash Mascara. If you want to have spidery long lower lashes and you want a small wand to work with? This mascara is definitely for you! Although as compared to the Tarte's mascara this wayyy wetter in terms of formulation, but I am willing to deal with the smudging just because this lengthens my bottom lashes like a dream! Because I'll just get a cotton bud and clean up the smudges! You do not need fake lashes for your bottom lashes ever again thanks to this mascara! I love this mascara!
Every single time I stepped into Sephora, this damn mascara is always sold out and out of stock! And you know why? This damn mascara is by far the best mascara I have used and lets be honest I have tried plenty, from Maybelline, Givency, MAC and Bobbi Brown! If mascaras had a wrestling showdown; this mascara wins by a KO because it is darn impressive!
I got a sample size of this mascara from a makeup workshop I had with Sanggar Mustika (which is a Bridal & Makeup service company here in Singapore) and I tried on my clients and it works amazingly! It holds the curl, lengthens, voluminous and the tiny wand makes separating and combing the product on your lashes an easy peasy job! Even if you have short and straight lashes, this mascara is hardcore, it tackles everything!
I need this mascara for myself, so anyone who knows where I can get this and its not sold out please tell me where.
Thank you for reading my blog post!
