Facebook Whore

Dear Facebook, I hate you with the passion, you are way too addicting and somehow manage to become even more addicting when finals come along. When I'm super bored with nothing to do, you fail at entertaining me but when I have a ton of work to get done you manage to distract me. I hate you... Okay I can't hate you, I'm addicted. But I was checking my Facebook friends today and somehow I have 1000 friends? whatttt I remember before college I only had like 400.. never thought I would make this many friends, and yesss I personally know all of them, I made sure of it. So don't think I'm one of THOSE guys. I love meeting people it might be another one of my addictions, "Hi my name is Carlos and I'm a socialholic!" hmm... awkward... how about "friendaholic" ... maybe It should just be manwhore? Idk. Time to get back to studying... after I check my Facebook of course... since the last time I checked it was 3 minutes ago. :)

Soccer

I play soccer to slow everything down. It allows me to de-stress and just enjoy life in general. The love I have for the sport drives me insane. Something as simple as kicking the ball will relieve me from everything causing me any negative harm. At soccer practice today, the first time I go in like 2 weeks, I felt so comfortable and just amazed as to how something so simple can be so graceful and peaceful. I look forward to playing soccer until I can't anymore but forget about the future and live in the present. Just acknowledge the decisions made in the present can and will ultimately affect your future. Something that can so simply put a smile on your face is something you should continue doing. Simply reading the word "Soccer" or "Fútbol" or "Football" (in English Terms) bring back nostalgia and soothes my mind, turning it away from running at a million miles an hour during one of THOSE nights.

Gym

Wow you really do see everything in college, I was at the gym (Yes, I'm serious. I was working out before Soccer practice) anyways, I was on a machine and I see an older man, about 65-ish, walking up to an intense workout machine in a walker. I thought to myself, "Man, this guy has motivation, I hope to be as motivated as he when I become his age." And I'm not gonna lie, he was pretty ripped!
