SPOILERS FOR SEASON 6 WWDITS

i saw a couple people saying it would be detrimental to guillermo’s character to have nandermo become canon because guillermo has grown beyond needing nandor, and how he’s independent now and a couple other reasons i can’t remember but idk if i personally agree with that because i think it’d be amazing to see guillermo stand up for himself in a relationship like that and finally be able to set the boundaries he’s needed for so long and to actually have nandor respect them i think a lot of people forget that just because guillermo’s growing as a person and character it doesn’t mean nandors not also growing. from what we’ve seen so far he’s done an amazing job of respecting guillermo’s boundaries (before janidor and even during janidor we see he doesn’t try to influence guillermo’s job just observe to make sure he’s happy) as best he can in the ways he knows how, i think nandor and guillermo not speaking or seeing each other for months despite living just meters away from each other proves that their relationship COULD ultimately work because nandor CAN learn to respect boundaries and guillermo can also learn to place them when necessary

this is also coming from someone who didn’t ship nandermo in seasons 1 and 2 btw

the way nandor looks so deeply upset throughout all three episodes and the happiest we see him is when he’s sitting with guillermo talking to him after he’s forgotten everything, it’s the first and only time we’ve seen him smile so far this season and it means so much after how happy he’s been in the earlier seasons
