Why do you think LJ and Penny would be a couple that made sense? Or was it purely out of giggles

Oh boy, time for a long ass post—

Ngl it mostly started as something for shits and giggles bc Welcome To Derry was coming out, which made my Pennywise hyperfixation come back AND IT HIT ME LIKE A TRUCK, so me and my partner decided to bring back this one IT au we made when we first met that was just us putting our silly ocs into situations while my sona made out with Pennywise

However when we came back to it I realized that I didn't really fuck with that sona anymore (mf was created during my first year of highschool and I'm literally 22 now 💀), until I remembered this other oc/sona (Percy) I had during a brief creepypasta phase some years ago, which I shipped with LJ

I did some mental math and thought "What if I was a greedy bitch with TWO clown boyfriends that are obsessed with me and each other??" and that was pretty much it 😭

At first I had a hard time trying to make the polycule work bc both clowns are. Notoriously interpreted as EXTREMELY jealous and possessive in most fanworks, which made my polyamorous ass struggle a lot, however I have the power of "I can do whatever the fuck I want" and think polyamorous yanderes are not explored enough even though they're peak!! LIKE YEAH SURE, THEY CAN BE POSSESSIVE OF THEIR LOVER, BUT WHAT IF THAT POSSESSIVE BEHAVIOR EXTENDED TO MORE SELECT PEOPLE? A DRAGON PROTECTING ITS HOARD, ALL OF IT IS PRECIOUS TO THEM NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL!

I very much love imagining LJ and Penny being so fucking messy and toxic but in a way that just works out for them both? They're both non human entities who struggle with human morality, they don't have the same "red flags" as us. Sometimes their foreplay can just be fighting to death and that's ok <3

WHICH ALSO BRINGS TO MY OTHER POINT; Jack has a type.

I won't go too deep into it rn bc this is already long as hell (maybe in a future post if y'all want?), but do know that in my mind Pennywise and Jason the Toymaker have very similar personalities and dynamics with Jack.

He doesn't even realize the similarities and will probably try to deny if you point it out, but alas...

So yeah, LJ loves red heads who are mean to him and easy to ragebait <3

They got a very odd and endearing dynamic that borders in Tom and Jerry slapstick territory, but can also be surprisingly sweet sometimes. Having to deal with eternity and the eventual boredom that can come with it, the experience of being trapped and abandoned, their messy emotions and temper... They have a lot of things in common even if they refuse to acknowledge it at first :]

Plus it's fun to imagine how they manage their clashing personalities/love languages! LJ tends to be VERY clingy and physically affectionate bc it helps him stay grounded and comfortable, while Penny HATES being touched out of nowhere. So there was definitely a period of time where Jack kept trying to full-body tackle Penny into a hug and got mauled as a result 💀

At the end of day they're both just two cosmic clown entities trying their best to care for their weird little human lover ^^

In this particular universe I think Papyrus died very very young, maybe two years or so

BUT

As a treat, if he WAS part of this evil universe I imagine something like this

Papyrus would take Sans's subjects and let them go, giving them a fighting chance. Once he gets them he will either kill them or drag them back to the lab. He doesn't see his actions as malicious, in fact, he thinks he is being quite fair!

Sans keeps having to change the security system to TRY to not let Papyrus reach his subjects.

I've actually answered something very similar before in a previous post

To summarize it, I think it's a fun ship with a lot of potential bc I love me some messy Eldritch romance! However it's DEFINITELY not canon in our CRP x IT au for two reasons:

1. They were both created from the same interdimensional cosmic soup, which makes them siblings in human standards

2. We turned Zalgo into a he/him butch lesbian

In total there are 4 siblings, Zalgo and Slender being the 2nd and 3rd oldest respective, and together they're known as The Four Rulers. Buuut I'll just talk about these two in specific for today :P

They have a VERY messy relationship bc of Zalgo's (mostly) one-sided beef with Slenderman. He's very jealous of Slender's accidental popularity with humans bc that's supposed to be HIS thing! He's the one who feeds off attention and being worshipped, while Slender's emo ass always preferred to be more selective with his appearances to humans; SO HOW THE HELL DO PEOPLE KNOW THAT TWINK MORE THAN HIM?

There's also the fact that they fought over Jeff's custody years ago and Zalgo lost it, but that's a story for another day...
