The episodes were listed incorrectly ordered on the German site. Hometown Heroes is the First Episode. Legacy of Hope is the 2nd. Both episodes are around 50mins long.
lmao is the villain that one Mandroid fucker? Kinda iffy about this one. This one feels like a response to the whole Nightshade pronoun thing, which is even more ironic considering the recent Elon/Netflix debacle a month ago. (Episode was finished well before that so it's just ironic). TV Shows/Movies addressing trolling or criticism usually comes off as bad and cringe and it's usually done poorly at worst coming off as insulting to all viewers so my hopes aren't great for this one.
Hopefully they handle it well but I could see the plot being the Media or some kids at school blaming the Maltos for the constant shit going wrong in Witwicky which, not wrong, doesn't sound particularly hopeful from the previous writing we've recieved. It'll be an inciting incident, then chances are it'll be immediately forgotten about. Unless they've got the balls to actual address issues I really hope this doesn't end up as a preachy message against 'the haters' and is more nuanced.
Also could be the remaining Quintesson's on Earth getting up to stuff and turning the people of Earth against the Maltos and Autobots? Either way, looks like this episode leads into the next with Twitch suffering from the outcome of something.
The Terrans finally get to go the Cybertron! Though, not exactly in the best situation. It'll be interesting to finally see the planet. I could see this being the reason why they took a year for Season 4, having to build new environments and new character models. *fingers crossed* They took their time to polish the animation off. I missed the dynamic and cinematic keyframes and animations of S1. They tickled my cinephile brain module just right.
Is the new friend Mirage? I seem to recall the leaks from years ago mentioning ES Mirage. Could be wrong, maybe we could meet Bulkhead or Jazz. I'd really like it to be Jazz.
An Old Enemy that has scattered them across Cybertron? I highly doubt that Megatron would turn considering how genuine he feels but then again, Leader of the Decepticons. It could happen.
Honestly, no idea who the enemy would be but a fun one would be Galvatron considering that Cyberworld and other iterations are distinguishing Megs and Galvatron as two seperate characters.
It could be Tarn... Holy shit what if it's Tarn and the DJD pissed off at Megs and attacking those close to him? Pull another Cyberverse Season 4 with even more elements from IDW1?
Anyways, just throwing my two cents in the well. It'll be interesting, that's for sure. I am curious to see how this will affect my writing for Shattered Alloys. Because I know that if I get ideas throw at me, I'm gonna leap for them if they're good enough.
