This video explores the daydream of a teacher on the verge of breaking the law. © It's the Law!
This is a video I made for the MPA and MENC Copyright Awareness Scholarship Competition. I only managed to get honorable mention in the contest, but I am, still proud of this project. It is probably the biggest project I have done and the one I put the most work into all areas of production (pre-production, production and post-production). I had a lot of fun making it and it turned out really well in my opinion, though I must admit the chase scene ended up seeming a little too drawn out.
This is The Room, remade. Our final exam consisted of remaking the same project that we made at the beginning of the semester. The point was to show that we had improved our skills. Hopefully I did. I added a lot more in the sound department as well as spending a ton of time in color correction getting a softer film look with muted colors to communicate the gritty nature of the piece. You can find my pre test on YouTube.
This is the billboard for the retro burger joint, Lil Jor's Burger Paradise.
Fireman Dan in half of his turnout gear (he looks sexier that way). This was taken during the shooting of a fire exits announcement to be played at the beginning of a youth event.
The Miracle of Flight about to take place.
These are the three Propaganda posters I designed as props for my short film ©. They were featured in the background throughout the film. You can watch the film here.
I have a ton of HO scale train sets that I used to play with as a kid. I just don't have room to set them up any more and I decided to gift a portion of them away to young friend of mine. But it was not enough to just get a box of used train set. So I made a brand new box to put them in, one that looked as close as I could to a real packaging and that featured the personalized name of "Jordanzo Express." Each of these pieces went together to form the whole box, but I couldn't upload the full picture since it was so big, so you'll have to use your imagination to see how it all fits together.
These are more from the Balloon Rally day.
These are all pictures from the 2011 Wellsville Balloon Rally. My friend Mariah (the official looking one) was in charge of the Main Street Festival which was taking place at the same time, so we all went to see her and then see the balloons. Overall, I think this excursion produced some interesting photos.
These appear to be unrelated pictures. Can you guess what unifies them? I believe these to be the first two photos I took with intentionally shallow depth of field. These, my friends are a piece of history!
Some photos from a family picnic back in the summer of 2010.
All great music start in a makeshift studio in someone's bedroom. It's no different for the band Quimby. My friend Brody and I recorded our first few tracks up here. You can listen to them here, but be warned, these are demo tracks, not polished masterpieces. Also, I've included the album art for our first CD.
This is a recovered photo of my Uncle Jim who served in World War II. Look, it's even signed by him in the bottom right hand corner! Ok, so maybe it's really just my brother...
This was a piece that I created to see how real this handwritten font might be able to look. I crafted the background for it in photoshop using various textures and the burn and dodge tools. Overall, it looks good but the font fails since repeated letters look perfectly identical.
This is a propaganda poster I put together using an antiqued photographed of some of my Imperial Guard miniatures. Join the war effort and do your part!
This is a nice photograph of the frosty grass outside of my house in early winter. That is my fancy car in the background.
