~Ayato Aishi x Reader Headcannons~

Warnings: it’s Ayato Aishi. Stalking, obsessive behavior, possibly toxic behaviors, mild theft(?)

Reader: Gender Neutral, reader is referred to as “you” throughout, and “babe” once

Other Details: Includes both pre relationship, and during relationship.

~Pre-Relationship~

~will do intensive research on literally anything you’re into, books, video games, oddly specific hobbies, movies, whatever it is he’s researching it until he might even know more about it than you do, just so he can feel closer to you.

~if you post on social media he likes every single post you make within 5 minutes of it being posted, aswell as compliments you in the comment sections even if the post isn’t about yourself… all through an alt account of course.

~has your entire schedule memorized. Gets worried if you don’t stick to it.

~if you wear perfume or cologne or anything like that, he buys a duplicate for himself to remind himself of you… assuming he isn’t stealing your empty bottles instead after you throw it away.

~there’s lots of clubs to join in the school, so whatever ones Ayato ends up joining… if any…

If he joined the music club he’d encourage the band to play songs he knows you love.

If he joined the baking club, assuming they have the ingredients he’d make your favorite foods everyday… even if he can’t bring himself to actually offer you some.

If he joined the gardening club, assuming they can grow in that area he’d try to plant flowers he knows you love… though if you’re allergic to pollen I think he’d try and avoid the gardening club at all costs.

~During Relationship~

~when you stay over at his house, or he stays at yours for the night… he’s watching you sleep. Especially if it’s the first time you’re sleeping in the same room.

~if you two cuddle, he lovesss to feel/listen to your heart beat. Either his head against your chest, or a finger on your wrist/neck. Knows your average beats per minute just by listening. Definitely teases a bit if it speeds up around him.

~If you like physical touch/affection, whenever you two are near eachother he always is touching you in some way. Holding hands, his hand on your shoulder, hugging you from behind, or even just your arms brushing against eachother.

~If you don’t like physical touch/affection he always wants to be at least within an arms length of you, even if you’re not physically touching.

~He definitely enjoys physical touch but if you’re not up for it he’ll be willing to deal with it, and show his love in other ways.

~It’s Ayato, obviously he’s very very clingy. If you’re out on your own(assuming you can convince him to not go with) he’s either stalking you, or texting you ever 20 minutes to make sure you’re okay. Will blow up your phone if you don’t respond immediately…. So keep your ringer on.

~I feel like he has a bit of a fear of change after meeting you. Will notice any slightly change whether it’s in your body language, facial expression, eating habits. Literally just “babe what’s wrong? You held eye contact for 0.02 seconds less than usual :(“

~knows things about you that even you don’t know about you. The small expressions you make when you don’t like the food you ate, the way your breathing pattern changes when you’re focused… anything like that.

Osano Najimi having internal homophobia when it comes to (male)you. He's known Takeo since little but when he started high school and saw you for the first time, he felt his heart racing and stomach dropping. His biggest secret isn't the stalker he has, it's his repressed love for you.

Of course Info-kun already knows this, and so do Ayato. That's why when Ayato approached him, after revealing he was the one who wanted to meet up with him, about his crush on you. Osano can't help but broke down on his issues because he couldn't handled it anymore each time he interacts with you in some way.

Naturally, Ayato went for the matchmaking route. The first day of just talking went quite well despite the occasional attitude and stutter from Osano. The second day was better with Osano's improvements and gifts of interest to you. The fourth went by successfully. Then the finally the fifth. At the end of Friday, you found a note asking you to come under the sakura tree.

So you did and all you found is Osano holding something nervously. Approaching him from behind as he flinched at your arrival before forcing himself to relax. He then confesses his unwavering feelings and the butterflies in his stomach ever since he met you. How his heart can't help but race near you or how his eyes keep wandering to search for you.

If you do accept his confession, you two decide to go on a date the next day to of course a cat cafe where he proceeds to hide in his pink hoodie anytime he gets too flustered but you always know how to pull him out of it.

By next week, everyone knew especially with how Osano always lets you in his personal space bubble that Takeo barely can cross. It doesn't help that he softens everytime you're with him or near him. Only one person was disappointed in this but at least some are supportive while others mind their own business.

Rumour has it that everywhere (Male) Raibaru is, his dramatic partner is there with him swooning over him or themselves.

It's not a rumour really when you have Osano to confirmed it. No one knows how they managed to get together but hey at least he can take the drama so you don't inflict it to other people. Some might even say you're on par with Kizano (tho he'll deny).

One of the students once said they saw [Name] dramatically put a hand to their forehead and another to their heart before falling backwards near Raibaru so he can catch them. Then they exclaimed, "My hero!!" Before proceeding to kiss his face all over. This event happens twice a week.

When questioned if he's ever annoyed with you, he simply smiles and say, "I confess to them first, why would I be?" Say this within earshot, and you'll come running towards him to jump in his arms, blushing and giggling like a maiden been swooned.

However, once you are genuinely upset, everyone will know by how you lose all dramatic flair and refusing to even act extravagant. Whoever dares to make you upset, will suffer Raibaru's wrath. That's his partner and someone dares to talk down on you??? That's why everyone tries to avoid anything to upset you, knowing Raibaru's strength.

(Fem) Budo is punching the air a little bit if it wasn't for her crush on Ayato as well. Speaking of, Ayato avoids you like the plague UNTIL he needs to use you as a distraction to get Raibaru away.

I'm going on one of my favourite dynamic is that how you bag them is by you being a little gremlin. Typical chaos hungry, somehow always hurt, and puppy energy you. (I also have to research their personality because oddly enough I'm not personally attracted to them lol, my heart goes to shoku)

Getting into trouble with Reiichi a lot because of it and over time while he hates you at first, he's getting so used to you that the two of you manages to get close together. Becoming the sun that melts his cold self. He denies at first but now he can't help it. It's warm by your side. Guess it wasn't just him that also felt the same for you.

(To make this work, Daisy's girlfriend and yes he has one in canon, doesn't exist.) Daisaku Aragaki, Former Bad Boy, now reformed. The reason truly is because it's for you. The year before, the year when he was always causing trouble due to family pressure, met you whom given him the freedom he craves. He doesn't have to follow any expectations you have simply because.. you don't have any. You prefer him for him and that.. makes his heart clench. You don't deserve to be in his presence because he's not a good person to be hanging out with. So by the next year, current year, he's changed for you. To be someone better and worthy to be around you. Even if you two occasionally pissed off Reiichi with your mischievous prank.

You made Joze feel safe and welcome. Not that others doesn't, but yours is just different. Anytime he's too focused on his duties and studies, you're right there reminding him to take a break or have fun then proceed to drag him somewhere which he lets you. He doesn't know how you did it but you make his heart race really fast that he accidentally slip his words and mix it together with Portuguese words. Which leads to another thing why he likes you, you don't look at him the way like the rest sometimes did. As a plus, you protected him from getting bullied or hit because this sweetheart would apologise for literally nothing which you chewed him out for.

Not gonna lie, he makes you slap your forehead so hard at how oblivious he could be that dozen of girls have a huge crush on him due to his nature. Ironically, you're oblivious to his feelings of you. His feelings happened unexpectedly that even he shocks himself. His type includes those with dark hair and makeup, and girls with a princess or queen-like "aura". (wiki based and don't worry this is a gn reader work) Somehow your gremlin energy manages to pull him over.

How did they all found out they like the same person? The student council has another meeting as usual but only Daisaku seems antsy to get out of there which Reiichi noticed. When he pointed it out and asked why he's fidgeting so much, Daisaku spills the bean; that you were waiting on him because the two of you will be hanging out after.

Silence consumed the air. Reiichi's jaw tightened, Joze uncomfortably averts his gaze elsewhere, and Ken got all tense up. Daisaku immediately calls out on them and that made everyone reveals their own feelings albeit begrudgingly because who wants to when put on the spot. This made everyone uncomfortable and for the rest of the year it felt uncomfortable to all of them. It felt like a competition. The most tense is between Reiichi and Daisaku while Joze and Ken prefers dealing it on their own.

Now everytime you hang out with on of them, you can't help but notice how they linger more around you and also glancing around a lot as if searching for something. This acknowledgement of the others' feelings towards you is something hard to ignore especially when you're in a club together but hopefully all will go well, right?

Ryobo (Male ryoba) having a whipped partner honestly he didn't even have to pull, they just gravitate towards him immediately. Plot twist, they actually came from a long line of family who believed to have soulmates and only know who their soulmate by feeling a pull in their heart. It just so happens that Ryobo's object of obsession's soulmate is him.

No one died for them yay! Okay maybe there were a few that did even after they got together but he swears that's only because they were getting too close to you in an uncomfortable way! Please don't get mad at him :( As a traditionally raised hopeless romantic you are, you are taught to always accept your soulmate no matter who they are, so yeah this is enabling to Ryobo.

The most affectionate couple in school you two because sometimes the only thing you two would talk about within your own friends is each other. Like I'm talking;

Losers in love. I'm only HALF joking. But yeah married life doesn't make it go down, in fact Ryobo proposed to you by graduation but as whipped as you are were sensible enough that you tell him to wait until one of you at least lands a job or maybe after college. It's okay, Ryobo can wait. He's patient. He's always been patient.

That's why when he's standing by the altar, his patience finally rewarded by seeing you walking down the aisle in that beautiful white outfit you picked. The wedding was attended by almost everyone on both sides of the family except for a few uninvited guess such as Ryobo's mom.

When Ayato and Ayano came into your lives it was a magical moment. While Ryobo's was teaching them valuable skills such as cleaning blood without leaving traces, you were teaching them the history of both of your family and that one day their soulmate will come to them too. The blank amazement your children had was making you more emotional and full of love that you had to smother them with hugs and kisses. Ryobo joins in and it's a beautiful family moment.

Too bad that nosy detective still manages to get under your skins.

If I were to do a 1980s Comic, Sumero wouldn't be killed by Ryoto. He'd be far too close to Y/n at all times for Ryoto to even have the chance of murdering him. Sumero is clingy, always wanting a moment of Y/n's time; he doesn't like it when Y/n talks to the other rivals

Kaguro isn't the most confident when it comes to asking girls out; he's far too worried about being rejected by anyone. If he tried to ask Y/n out, he'd probably stutter a few times before finally getting his words out. Y/n would interpret it as a hangout session between friends

Moeto asks the rainbow boys for advice on how to get Y/n's attention. They all give pretty bad advice, which may or may not damage Moeto's relationship with Y/n. It depends on how badly he fumbles everything

Honari has a hard time working up the courage to even speak to Y/n, so when it's just them, it's mostly silent unless Y/n is talking. He wishes to say something, but struggles with something as simple as a compliment about the way her hair looks that day

Sumito invites Y/n to watch her during the school sports festival, trying to impress her with his athletic ability. He may or may not stumble a few times if he sees her smiling at him during the relay race or something

Ritsu likes buying Y/n expensive gifts with his parents' money. If he notices her wearing the jewelry or perfume that he got her, he'll be very pleased and insist that she continues wearing it

Aichi really wants Y/n to see one of his performances in the gym, but she's always busy with something else, whether it be with the other rivals trying to steal her attention or the student council taking up her time. He's not very happy about it

Teito prepares study guides for Y/n to help her get as good grades as she can. When she finishes one and he reads it over, correcting small mistakes, he slides it to her and writes a "Good Job" in neat handwriting with a small heart next to it

Komachi likes to bring Y/n to his family's shrine, where he prepares a small romantic date for the two of them. The other rivals, or any guy who has a crush on Y/n, will try and interrupt, but Komachi gets sneaky and turns off both of their cellphones before closing the shrine to the public

Chiguya flirts relentlessly with Y/n, but it just goes over her head. He's one of the top male models (Not gravure; more like a boy band star without the band) in Japan, but Y/n doesn't seem to take that into consideration when interacting with him.

Soneto is often dismissive towards Y/n, not wanting to distract himself from his work, but he can't help but want to speak with her about her hobbies or her favorite things; he just finds her endearing in every possible way

Honestly you don't know how it happened but suddenly you two have been hanging around each other. You two can be as dead as you want and none of you would judge. Not even his random mumblings will move you. Something about his crush and how she's nice and that people need to stay away like okay dude good luck.

You lean against him as you accompany him with your own ramblings. Mostly during lunch but it doesn't stop you from doing it anywhere. You even start to worry if you're annoying him more that you realised. Whatever you'll find out soon, he's blunt with his words anyway.
