A presentation term for those who are outwardly seen as constantly “dead to the world.”

This is often shown through comments such as, but not limited to, “You always sound so sad,” “You never engage,” and, “You always look so done with everything.”

While not necessary, this behavior often comes from being beaten “like a dog.” Whether it be metaphorical or more literal, the user most likely has a past of constantly being shut down from things through force.

Aronarc

A term for when you're arospec and a narcissist and your attachment is heavily influenced by your narcissism and aromanticism, so much so that a description of your attachment to others is incomplete without both.

Aplnarc

A term for when you're aplspec and a narcissist and your attachment is heavily influenced by your narcissism and aplatonicism, so much so that a description of your attachment to others is incomplete without both.

Aroaplnarc

A term for when you're both aronarc and aplnarc.

These aren't orientation labels, you can be any aro/aplspec and use them, they are rather a descriptor of your attachment style and how narcissism influences your attachment. We are using "narc" in a reclaimed way as pwNPD.

Us and our partner system are both aro and narcissists and we thought for years that we must be alloro because we mistook our strong narc attachments for romantic attraction. The strong attachment to a person made us feel like we wanted whatever romance was with them, but once we started trying to do romantic relationships we got aro panic and felt trapped. We tried to date people and things fell apart because we were incompatible and just didn't want the same things in a relationship as them. We meshed best with other arospec narcissists who implicitly understood that we want supply and intensely attached relationships without that attachment including romance and tying our lives together. Both our aromanticism and narcissism play such large roles in our attachment that it is impossible to describe in what way we attach to people without referencing how both influence the attachment.

Then we realized we're aplspec and the narcissism affects platonic relationships the same god damn way there. We don't have squishes or platonic attraction really (except for one singular squish once in our whole life), but our platonic style attachments and relationships are still heavily influenced by our narcissism and lack of empathy.

You could probably extend this concept to being acespec or more aspec axes, but we wouldn't feel comfortable coining those because we wouldn't find them useful terms for ourselves and we'd like to leave defining terms up to people who want to use the things they're defining.

The pink on the flags represents narc attachment and narcissism, because it is eye-catching and also this song. (P: pretty, I: intelligent, N: never sad, K: cool!). The green represents aromanticism. The blue represents aplatonicism. The teal represents mixing both together. The white represents... I dunno, the fucking relationships and supply and how great our narc attachment is or whatever. It looks good and we like it, don't @ me. We made the colors bright because so many aspec and narc flags have dull colors and we wanted to represent the vibrancy of our experiences.

I'm going to be somewhat vulnerable in this post. So. Be nice.

But there have been points in mogai where I questioned if people would "actually" care about me and what I make if I lied both to myself and others and said I was transmasc, or a trans man. Because I felt so alone so often in mogai. All the popular blogs being run by trans men, so many flags about and for trans men and mascs, hardly any other women that I could find. There truly were points where I felt like I was the only woman in mogai. And that is a horrible, terrible feeling, something that I wouldn't wish upon people.

To be so lonely and desperate for attention and care for me as an individual that I was considering twisting myself into a shape and form that does not fit me. And it took reassurance that there Are other women in mogai, not just myself here in this space. And that they had open arms to speak with them when I needed. Women being there for me when I needed it.

This is nothing wrong with being a trans man or transmasc, but it's not for me. Not even for the headmates here who are men label themselves as neither as we are strongly tethered to our transneutrality. And while those headmates would likely be welcomed with open arms, still they feel uncomfortable, because I would not be welcomed. And they want me to be as welcomed as they are.

So please. For me. For all the other women, trans or otherwise, as well as all the feminine folks here. Make this space more welcoming to me. Recognize that though we are in a queer space, that does not magic away the misogyny that can be found here. Realize that anyone can enact misogyny against the women you may want to support, even if you are a woman yourself. Even if you were raised as a girl. You can still enact misogyny, and scare women from talking about the sickness that is misogyny.

Please. Get rid of the sickness that I hate to find in the space that I love so much.

I had no intention of joining thing conversation ; not because I don’t relate to this but because I relate to it so strongly that I had almost normalized it for myself in a way where I couldn’t figure out how to talk about it that I thought would be constructive. While I don’t align with the term woman ; I am a girl ! A mostly cis aligned girl at that

I had accepted the feeling of being othered in the space ; that I’d never be quite queer enough. This isn’t entirely because I lack a strong connection to masculinity but reflecting on it ; it’s definitely a contributing factor of sorts. When first exploring my gender identity, especially in queer spaces, I almost desperately wanted to be transmasc or a trans man. Something about it felt like it would make me more real as a queer person. Even offline, transmasculinity was treated almost higher than queer femininity. But I never could be ; it never clicked with me, and I think part of that is why I don’t think I’ll ever be able to identify fully with the word trans ; because I’m not transmasc or a trans man.

It was always painful when I found a masculine term I loved with no feminine equivalent ; but part of me assumed that was just the way it was ; that I was almost dramatic for how I felt about it. I never considered that maybe the fact I had to hunt for terms that fit me wasn’t a reflection of myself but rather a reflection of the space.

I’m sorry if none of this makes sense ; and I may delete this at some point but. Yeah

canine has more to say on the topic of being an aroallo woman from its personal experiences.

its integral to my presentation when particularly “traditionally feminine” that i am promiscuous and flirty. for me, sexuality and femininity are intertwined. as a cherry cola tmasc tgirl, i usually refer to myself as a sissy and transvestite for these reasons exactly. i am a flirty woman who is only in it for the sex. i do not form romantic bonds and i do not form platonic bonds. and if you know anything about how patriarchy treats sexual women, you know that this is particularly frowned upon. because, see, i am not owned or tethered, not proper, not as a woman should be. women are to be sex objects, but not to have their own desires, to act sexually towards people who are not the man which they belong to- and if they do not belong to a man, then they should never express sexual desire in the first place. to do so makes you a whore, treated as even lesser than before because you just “sleep around,” treated violently (especially if you are a sex worker), and often being a victim of sexual abuse because, well, were you not just asking for it?

and other queer people are not free from perpetuating the abuse that people like canine has experienced. canine has been pressured into sexual activity by multiple people who viewed me only to be fulfilling their desires. pulled around like a puppet by men who wanted a dominant but could not fathom that it had feelings. molded in to the position of being perceived masculine without consent or warning solely because it was what we wanted of me, because a dominant woman (or a woman at all) was not desirable.

i am begging you all to drill it into your heads properly that sexuality is not a masculine trait, nor is it “taboo,” especially when expressed by women. that domination is not masculine, and that submission is not feminine. many other points that canine cannot think of right now.

Am very much notice misogyny, Kipper wants to speak about that.

It was raised with a lot of womanly expectations, and some man ones too. Kip is Intersex.

Kipper's experiences with Misogyny also overlap with Ableism and Intersexism notably. Being told to cross my legs while sitting even if I felt uncomfortable doing so, Kipper being told to close her mouth while eating even if it made it hard to breathe for him, being told am too sensitive or I should shut up, or that I should wear itchy dresses… All this because everyone wanted me to be "proper soft lady"

Other things was definitely the late Autism diagnosis, was diagnosed at around 12 or 13, and even then they got it wrong, am not Level 1, Kipper is Level 2, therapist told this to it after it expressed frustration with being perceived as that I could do more than I actually can.

All life been compared to my offline friend, who is cis man who was diagnosed early with Autism. And that Kipper should be more like him, or that "look at how well behaved he is!"

Am notice how MOGAI spaces don't like speaking about issues, "coining into the void" as said before by another being. Beings need to speak up, more about experiences, bigotry, hatred they've experienced or used to be part of. There's no shame. We've all made mistakes. It is normal to make mistakes.

Am wanted to post more about this because of convo had with few beings and felt confident enough to make this sideblog. Where I can unmask an Kipper can talk about more serious topics.

It barely sees any terms for Transfems or Women in general in MOGAI. And Kipper disagrees, I disagree a lot, with that Transfem terms or versions of certain terms should be exclusive. Very much so, but can't put into adequate words.

It is like Woman is this unique thing, unlike Man. That Man is default, open to everyone. This mentality is why thought was Transmasc for long time. Especially with erasure of Masculine Women.
