CAIRO RAMZEY is an ex-royal knight and mercenary from the kingdom of ISHRAAQI, a desert kingdom overseas. At the age of 14 he was sent off to war to fight against the kingdom of DREAK. A religious war had broken out between the two nations. They both claimed to be the true worshippers of ARAGON (belongs to @cannibalisticghost2), and yet both believed only one kingdom could hold this title. This war did not answer this question, but simply resulted in the sacrifice of many men for the hell of it. Both their dignity and their lives disrupted. At 14 years old, CAIRO fought frontlines in these graphic wars. At 15 he had his first sip of his worst habit, liquor around a dying fire after a bloody battle. At 16 he was taken as a prisoner of war and kept for 3 years before being saved after the war ended. His imprisonment was not a luxurious stay in any manner of the phrase, and during his time there experienced extreme abuse at the hands of the dungeon guards. From torture for ISHRAAQI secrets, to neglect, starvation, and even sexual deviancy that he was forcibly subjected to, CAIRO experienced the worst of men and of DREAK. From this point forward he vowed to never ally himself with the men of DREAK any longer, nor could he stand to fight for his kingdom in a way that would ever put himself in a position of weakness like that again.

Upon being saved, he is delivered home to his kingdom at the age of 19. Freshly scarred, both mentally and physically, he drops his status as a royal knight and sets off to become a mercenary. Seemingly, he also sets off to become a raging alcoholic, downing a bottle of liquor a night to steer off the memories of his rape, his abuse, and his hidden proclivities he can no longer look in the eye following his rape. Most frightening of all, the man is so perpetually drunk that it doesn't seem to effect his abilities any longer. When news of LOKI's (belongs to @cannibalisticghost2 check #˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ lore lorelore!!! for his background) genocide hit ISHRAAQI and a bounty was placed on his head, CAIRO set off to retrieve LOKI and ensure that he would be punished the way evil like him should. He doubted that any kingdom other than ISHRAAQI would appropriately do so, and traversed the treacherous DREAKian dungeons in search of the lonesome prince. During his stay he drinks to forget and fights to withstand the weight of his responsibilities. When he finally finds LOKI in the midst of the dungeons accompanied by a little girl, a DREAKian knight, and a nun, he swears to deliver him to prison even as his heart tells a different story. Despite his beliefs, after sharing a night with the genocidal prince, and bonding with him in a way he told himself he'd never do, he is tricked all the same. EZMA is slaughtered in front of all of them, and CAIRO is sent back to ISHRAAQI empty-handed with nothing but a brand on his neck to show for it.

When his loneliness gets the better of him, and his mind can't help but circle the pretty face that makes him question everything and lose his senses, he returns to the feet of LOKI. In his shame, and distaste with himself for mirroring the man who weakened him when he was younger, he wishes for some way to still see the God outside of his temple. He wishes not just for some way to fill his time, nor for a doll to fulfill his pleasures, but for LOKI himself. Somehow, this wish is granted. CAIRO awakens with a mirror copy of the God beside him, with all of his awareness and understanding. CAIRO awakens having made a wish so strong the trace of the God of Chaos is sent to follow him diligently, and he does just that. Whispering in his ear all the while, CAIRO is deemed a divine warrior of the Moon God as he slaughters the monsters which have started popping up across the many kingdoms. Unbeknownst to all, it is the Moon God himself who creates these monsters, and he takes the utmost joy in watching his soldier massacre them.

PIXIE was a part of a community of fairies deep in the FANTASY FOREST. They were a self-sustaining and self-serving society up until the interference of the SPECTER CULT. Using butterfly nets to capture the small fairies, members of the cult went snooping through the foliage of FANTASY FOREST seeking out creatures to enslave to help the efficiency of cult proceedings. They were subsequently enslaved to the Father of said cult, ATLAS MORNINGSTAR (belongs to @cannibalisticghost2 check #˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ lore lorelore!!! for his background).

The fairies were treated much harsher than their human counterparts due to their capability for magic, and everything from their physical bodies to their fairy dust was exploited for further usage by the humans inhabiting the cult. The fairies remained enslaved for multitudes of decades, unable to escape from the OLD GOD cryptid. However, somehow, PIXIE managed to escape. The details of such are unknown, and she makes up a different story every time as to how she ended up outside of the cult slavery.

In the end, what matters is her occupation now, which seems to be annoying an ex-knight of ISHRAAQI and present mercenary CAIRO RAMZEY (belongs to @dollfromouterspace). After being saved from a group of bandits attempting to harvest her wings to make a quick buck, she sticks to him like glue. With a body tiny enough to peep on him without disturbance she seems to enjoy her time with him. Even if he doesn't accept her propositions, he seems to have a new person in his inn bed every night, and the music they make can keep her going for days.

ATLAS MORNINGSTAR | THE LICH

Face of the Specter Cult

ATLAS MORNINSTAR's life began far before the luxuries of 1502. Far before LOKI WRIGHT (belongs to @cannibalisticghost2 check #˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ lore lorelore!!! for more info) took to the dungeons to begin his ascension, and far before humans were even able to ascend at all. Upon his conception, HELKIE, MALUM, (both belong to @cannibalisticghost2) and IMUM (belongs to @dollfromouterspace) still reigned supreme as the only God's of such cosmic power to rule over all Earthly happenings. It is only due to their continued presence that he became what he is now, a monster unknown to almost all but known only to himself as a Lich. At birth Atlas was sickly, in stark contrast to his healthy twin sister SIREN MORNINGSTAR (belongs to @cannibalisticghost2), too weak to withstand the horrors of the era fate had dropped him in. His parents were searching for a way to preserve their flesh and blood. With tired knees and weary hearts, they prostrated themselves in worship to THE OLD GODs tirelessly, and graciously, they answered. Descending down in the form of powerful yet destructive magic, they saved ATLAS' life in the only manner they could. A heart was taken out of the boy's chest, and hidden to preserve his lifeform. However, magic from THE OLD GODs does not come without a price, and eternal slavery was the punishment the boy had to accept.

Once ATLAS grew old enough to understand ancient tomes and begin to grasp the concept of magic itself he was participating in the SPECTER CULT's schooling for young dark sorcerers. Conducted by a mysterious entity named THE SPECTER, ATLAS went through this schooling alongside his sister SIREN, who had an obsession bordering on incestuous with the now monstrous boy. Years of education only did one of them good, and when the final exam came upon them and the two were pitted against each other in a fight, ATLAS slaughtered her to gain his title as a Dark Priest. Following his achievement he assumed the high ranking position within the cult, acting as the right hand towards the SPECTER and moving as THE OLD GODs saw fit throughout the cult. Once THE OLD GODs withdrew from humanity due to it's ungratefulness and inability to acknowledge them as the true creators post-ARAGON (belongs to @cannibalisticghost2) ascension, the goal of the cult became to draw them back to humanity. ATLAS worked and continues to work tirelessly at this goal.

The cult itself is a place of endless, nearly unsettling, joy. Everything is felt as one, ecstasy, pain, and sorrow are shared amongst those who take up residence in THE VILLAGE. They call themselves a FAMILY, and they practically are. Many of the humans who walk across it's lands came from ATLAS's seed themselves, and a cult this small could not sustain itself completely without some inbreeding. Isolated from the rest of humanity, and with 'love' to fulfill in the name of their God, they do what they must. Hedonism is celebrated in the name of HELKIE, violence in the name of MALUM, and the emptiness of human existence through IMUM.

During the arc of LOKI's ascension ATLAS is welcoming newcomers into the cult and either enslaving or feasting upon them in a show for THE OLD GODs to witness. His body is slowly decaying around him, and it is only maintained via the usage of constant marriage rituals. Through sex, he combines himself with humans, creatures, and other entities to keep his body refreshed, taking parts as he pleases to construct a vessel worthy of his conscious. Despite the fact it keeps him strong, soon enough he will no longer be able to take from the living without making a monster out of himself. One can only wonder what The Lich will do then... Although ATLAS has no respect for LOKI or his place as a NEW GOD, he is not allowed to intervene with fate. There is a chance that he may be stumbled across in the dungeons, but with his track record many would prefer not to. You might simply become part of him, or worse, you'll end up in the beautiful palm of your creator, guiding you through a sea of green.
