Located in a dense forest in the mountains stands an old stone castle, dedicated to the Noble Queen of Ash. The school is a monument to her values; perseverance, justice and nature.

The Noble Queen herself was said to live in a time when practicing magic would get you burned at the stake.

There’s statue can be found in the middle of the school’s garden

Flowers grow on the crown of the statue, and there’s a designated person in charge of taking care of the flowers and understanding their meaning. Certain flowers and plants carry good or bad omens.

Student body

Students of Wilderwood Academy exercise stewardship over the lands that surround their school and try to take care of the environment. They’re also very active in school spirit events and take such activities very seriously. According to witnesses of school trips, they generally have commendable manners but are known to hold grudges and take revenge.

A rival school played a prank on the principal during a Spelldrive tournament, and the students responded by destroying the rival school’s locker room two years after the fact. We only know because a member of the responsible class admitted it three years after they all graduated.

A school wide competition based on the trials of the Noble Queen. Despite the harsh treatment and misfortune she faced, she held strong on her way to achieve her dreams. Students in the tournament must show the same determination.

“Aw maaaan! So you do know and you just don’t wanna tell me? That’s sucks…but I figured as much.”

She fixed her posture to stare at him. Again.

“After all, a guy who got mad about me ‘not having my facts straight’ about the Firelotuses not knowing anything about them didn’t add up in my head. So did you hide the truth out of spite orrrr-“

" I know the truth about things, about the lotuses. I just choose not to tell someone such as yourself."

“Aw maaan. Well, I guess that’s fair. I’ll have to get information on them some other way.”

The intensity had melted away as she once again deflated.

“I do have one more question though, if you’ll hear me out. Just one more, I swear.”

“Why don’t you think Firelotuses should be wiped out?”

For a moment, she didn’t say anything. Then, she dropped the incessant stare and simply smiled at him.

“I see…sorry, I think I misjudged you. Now I feel like…you’ve got a lot of mercy and forgiveness under that all that cold.”

“I see…not really my strong suit, but I’m happy you have some, Nève. Okay, I won’t ask you about the Firelotuses anymore.”

Ashton seemed satisfied.

“Farewell, Merciful Nève! Oh yeah, see you at the next social! Or tournament, or whenever our schools cross paths. Our school is pretty far away so it could be a while, heh.”

She left him alone for now.

Character item: Ashton’s Mage Stone

Ashton’s Mage stone was cut in the form of a star at the behest of her mother so they could match when she grew older. The two are the only pieces of jewelry Ashton owns.

Though not as elegant as its predecessor, the magestone is very important to Ashton all the same. When she casts spells, it glows as if a blazing green fire dwells within, waiting to be unleashed.

Ashton is always seen with it when in public, especially for school events, but claims it goes well with everything she wears (even her pajamas!)

Ashton once lost her magestone, so she and Rin spent the entire day investigating until the culprit was found (it was a crow).

Twisted Wonderland oc based off The Pied Piper

I’m making them a pop star! With earth and sound magic! Also I’m using Roxanne as inspiration because Coco Jones ate this role up.

As for the character herself, I decided to make her an up and coming pop star stuck in an unfair contract with her company. (Might have a bond with Vil since he’s more experienced in the entertainment industry).

Core idea is the same, an artist not getting the money they’re owed but I was also interested in this topic because I didn’t know a lot about it before I watched a video about White: Melody of Death.

As for what she does in retaliation? Currently undecided…

Playful Land Mijo + backstory

The reason I made Mijo is actually kinda funny.

So I was drawing Diana for different events and when I got to Playful Land I realized a problem with including Diana.

Diana wouldn’t fall for it

And I don’t just mean because I wrote her to be smart. She wouldn’t fall for Fellow’s scam because she pulls the same kind every day she’s at school.

Playing harmless so you can lure people in while insisting you could never do anything to them because they’re just so talented—yeah that’s Diana’s whole thing. (And she also wouldn’t skip school for any reason because it could affect her image.)

I was a little bummed out I couldn’t draw her in that event but then I had a thought. “What if Diana wasn’t the only protagonist?”

Also I may or may not have been thinking about “In Love with the Villainess”

But yeah, a friend and I gave Diana a rival/co-protagonist to bounce off of and bicker with so I could have an excuse to draw more
