Y'all are weird for having the thought process that anytime a person with bpd gets mad at their partner it's gross or toxic? It's not. I didn't take it out on her at all and she never even knew I was upset because it was for maybe two minutes at max. I've gone to therapy for years I know how to deal with my irrational thoughts. My brain took it as rejection at first and that's why I got upset but after a minute I used rational thinking so I wasn't upset anymore and once again NEVER took it out on her. I also last month finally for away from my abusive household I was living in so I've been very on edge. Not that you guys need to know that.
