“ Oh yes, the same too you friend.~ I’d hate for this little spar to end before it even begun. Now take it easy, we wouldn’t want the planet to suffer from our up coming battle.~ ” He gave a small smile to the bald man,changing his expression to a more serious look, his once adorable features disappearing as he was taking this much more serious.
“ Alright baldy, let’s get this show on the road. And don’t be too disappointed when you lose. You never really had a chance to actually win..” His stance changed, placing his hands behind his back, allowing his aura to slowly engulf him. Small bits of rubble started to levitate all around him. He was ecstatic about this, he can finally get to tussle with someone who showed some real promise.
“ Hit me when you’re ready.” His expression was cold, his eyes looking right though him, hoping that he would prove to be a powerful opponent.
It hadn't even occurred to him that fighting someone as powerful as him would damage the surrounding area until Beerus mentioned it. He wondered if this guy would even be able to bring out his limit; a part of him hoped so, because he had no idea what his own limit was, but the other was worried - just how big was his limit? And how big was Beerus'?
He found himself pulled from his thoughts when Beerus finished speaking - he wanted him to throw the first punch? Saitama didn’t know if he could; he usually only put his effort into fighting if he knew that he'd save someone at the end of it. Then again, there was that one time that Genos managed to persuade him to spar. Would it be so bad? Surely not, if he kept his cool.
"I hope you're ready," he warned his opponent. "Most people can't even survive one of these."
He didn't wait any longer, confident that the god could handle it; not that he really understood how out of his own depth he seemed to be. Throwing himself forward, he twisted his shoulders, before pulling his fist back. Quickly, he jerked his shoulders back, and then threw the punch.

weak as she was, tatsumaki gritted her teeth and threw her arm forward as she focused all her concentration for one more attack.
the effect was wasted, however, because at the moment she threw intense telekinetic pressure at the b-class, a chunk of rock loosened beneath her foot, making her lose her balance ——
tatsumaki hissed as her ankle twisted and her hand slammed on a stone slab for purchase. the attack was aborted. if he felt anything at all, it would only be a quick breeze ruffling his cape.
the tornado of terror was now unable to move in any direction.
Saitama made the slow walk over to her again, looking down at her with arms crossed as he towered over her a second time. Surely now she had to see just how foolish she was being; how foolish they'd both been. He knew he was just as much to blame as she was for all of this; he shouldn't have taken her bluff and fought back, but there was nothing he could do about it now. “ Will you stop now? Or will you have to hurt yourself more for it to sink in? ”
He briefly wondered where the nearest hospital was, and what sorta cover story he could make up as to why the third second strongest hero in the hero association was battered and bruised. Should he take the fall? Would Tatsumaki go along with whatever story he managed to make up?

deep down, she was sure that she was the best, she was the most powerful esper in the whole world. she was aware that she was not the ONLY being the planet might have to offer, but she knew that she was strong, just as strong as BLAST, even.
and if she wasn’t, if this B-CLASS managed to climb the ranks and end up pushing her back, she’d never forgive herself.

all those years of being locked away and forced to hone her mental powers, they were not for nothing. they put her at the top of the hero food chain. she’d be DAMNED if some random b-class small fry took her place at the top.
Somehow, he'd expected that to work, but it was very clear that it hadn't. The idea of fighting another hero from the association made Saitama feel sick, but he knew that he had to do something about her; she was becoming a DANGER, and not just to him, to herself.
"Don't you get it, you imbecile!? This isn't about you."
Saitama couldn’t bring himself to attack her; the punch he’d thrown earlier had done enough damage, and from the looks of it, she’d done her best to block that one. He knew that the only way that they were both going to get out of this unharmed was if he managed to calm her down, but if he wanted to do that, he had to calm himself down first.
He took a deep breath, before looking over at her.
“Where is your anger c o m i n g f r o m ? This isn’t normal. I haven’t done anything to you.”
