Indeed, she was. But she thought no one would notice since it was a nude color. Did she perhaps put on too much lipstick? Did the color not suit her skin tone? Was it too much? Jiyeon brought one hand to touch and then to cover her lips, a faint tint of pink dusting her cheeks in embarrassment.

She didn’t put on make up often, mostly because she did not know how to. But today she decided to be different and put some color on her lips. However it seemed like it didn’t work as she expected to. Leaning slightly in, she whispered to her acquaintance her concerns. “Does it look bad? Do I have lipstick on my teeth?”

゜ ☾✦ * There’s a laugh that falls out of her lips suddenly, honeyed & sweet. ; She was pretty ; drew eyes warm & light, she can’t help but stare for a moment ; orbs lingering on concerned features. Words spewed out of the other mouth were utterly incorrect ; frankly the opposite. She wasn’t the type to care much for new shades of lipstick or the best highlighter to add on her face, but this took her interest.

❛ no ! that’s not what i meant ! —— ❜ Head shakes fearlessly, hand lingers over her mouth to sniffle the chuckle that attempts to fight out of pink lips. She’s silent for a second, a hand laying a reassuring squeeze on her shoulder. ❛ I was going to say it’s a pretty shade, ‘suits you well. ❜
