「ベジット」 Vegito laid back down, trying to relax and failing. Chances of him going back to sleep were slim now. Glancing over at the blue eyed beauty beside him, Vegito sighed and looked away again. “Yeah,” he muttered. “I tried getting Trunks to train with me. He refused of course. I think he hates me.”
Not that the fusion could blame him. Vegito rolled over to face her, keeping a slight distance between them. “Do you hate me?”
Trunks did have a hard time adjusting to having his gone once again. She understood where his behavior steamed from, which hurt the young mother. Her son always tried so hard to be seen as worthy in his father's eyes and to have him taken away so suddenly just as soon as he had obtained that fatherly bond must have hurt him very deeply. But she couldn't see her son hating the fusion. Bulma knew the reason behind his creation and how the world owed the male so much. She had to have a serious talk with her boy as soon as she got the proper chance to. As she mulled over how to approach her son on the subject, she was yanked out of her thoughts but his question; earning him a shocked reaction from the teal haired woman. She lifted her torso off from the mattress, staring down at the saiyan warrior.
"...why would I hate you when you've done nothing to me?"
Banzo himself hadn’t the pleasure of running into the other Saiyans, just yet anyway. Definitely not from lack of trying, as by the looks of it he couldn’t be too far off since she seems to know about his species. He stares at her for a moment before raising a brow. Well, seemed she also knew about Frieza blowing up their planet. She must have been close to the Super Saiyan he sought out.
"Saiyans spent a majority of their time off planet, to be perfectly honest, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that some of us seemed to have survived. It’s not as though we were xenophobic shut-ins. I, myself, was on one of my many hunting trips when the planet was destroyed." He rested his hands on the tail wound tight around his waist like a belt. "My name is Banzo, and you would be?"
His explanation for his survival made sense. He was lucky that those under the control of the Planet Trace organization weren't thorough enough with their purge. Aside from Goku and Vegeta, she had encountered only two other saiyan males; Raditz and Nappa. Goku had no inkling of saiyan lifestyle due to his head injury as a child and was raised on the Earth since then. Vegeta may have been raised on Planet Vegeta but wouldn't speak much on his past life with her. This was as close to a true blooded saiyan as she was ever going to get.
"The name is Bulma Briefs." She replied with a friendly wink. "It's your lucky day, Banzo-san. You're about to be interviewed by the Earth's most lovely ladies." Her sapphire hues sparkled with eagerness, hoping she could unlock the mysterious secrets and culture of a now extinct race.
boxerboysaiyan:
"Hey," he greeted back as he entered his mother’s lab. "More like trying to hide from Dad. What are you working on?"
"Your grandfather just plopped a project on me that he was a bit too lazy to do himself." She answered promptly, staring at her computer monitor with an opened email from Dr. Briefs.
"He's getting at that age where he wants to sit around and observe instead of tackling the duties he agreed to," she continued with a twinge of slight frustration. It wasn't if she minded helping her beloved father with his work, but these days she had her hands pretty full now that she was the wife and mother to some pretty extraordinary beings. The teal haired mother of two turned to her eldest child and beloved son, Trunks.
"Wait a sec'... why are you hiding from your Father this time?"
android017:
"Ah, Mrs. Brief. Mind if we chat for a bit? The name’s Seventeen if you don’t remember me.."
She couldn't exactly say she had FORGOTTEN the raven haired cyborg. After all he was responsible for reaping havoc with his siblings and annihilating their lives in another timeline. Since then she had little contact with the male, overhearing some news that he had taken to a normal lifestyle.
"How could I forget you of all people?" She chuckled with a slightly nervous tone.
vejitto:
「ベジット」 There it was. That uncomfortable feeling, a twinge of guilt just for existing settling in his heart as he pulled his gaze away from hers. As much as he tried to tell himself that it wasn’t his fault for existing, that it was all Goku and Vegeta’s fault, it still didn’t ease the pain and guilt he felt. “No, no… you’re not being a bother at all,” he said softly, a slight blush covering his cheeks as well.
She couldn't deny this wasn't in some way odd for her. After all she hadn't had a warm body other than Vegeta's next to her since Vegito's creation. This longing had been eating away at her for sometime now and tonight she decided to act on it. Bulma observed his facial expression, searching for some hint of insincerity but found none to her relief. The scientist nestled herself back against the plush bedding, her eyes still focused on the saiyan warrior.
"You look exhausted..." She noted with a soft whisper. Some protective instincts kicking in like she once did with her departed husband. "...did you have a rough day?"

Send me ‡ for my character's reaction to yours climbing into bed with mine.
「ベジット」 Vegito had actually just managed to doze off when he heard the door to his room open and close. After rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, he about had a freaking heart attack when he saw Bulma crawling into bed with him. “B-Bulma! Wh-what are you doing?!”
The blue haired scientist managed to creep into the warrior's room and plopped herself beside his chiseled form. Bulma's relationship with the male was a complicated one since his creation. On that fateful day she had lost both her best friend and her husband. A twinge of longing shot through her heart as she stared up at his shocked facial features, as if she was searching for some familiar warmth.
"... I couldn't sleep very well. I'm not used to sleeping alone." The bluenette admitted with a light blush tinting her cheeks. "Am I being a bother?"
"I'm still awake... not good."
mun is sleepy. I'll get to Banzo's reply tomorrow along with anything else people send or tag me in. It's been amazing interacting with you all today.
55 Words to Describe Someone's Voice
I was sitting on the computer last night trying to be productive and actually write something. My first sentence included the character listening to a voice through an intercom and my first thought was, “What kind of voice is it?”
So, naturally, I found myself googling the different ways to describe a voice. I present to you my findings! I hope you all find it useful.

appealing (adj): an appealing look/voice shows that you want help, approval, or agreement
breathy (adj): with loud breathing noises
brittle (adj): if you speak in a brittle voice, you sound as if you are about to cry
croaky (adj): if someone’s voice sounds croaky, they speak in a low, rough voice that sounds as if they have a sore throat

If Marcia didn’t know better, she would have believed that the azure haired heiress of Capsule Corporation was checking her out. But, she knew that was not so much the case - rather, she knew the CEO was curious of her unique features. The violet hair was common among her father’s family, but considering they did not live among the more populated parts of the world, it was easy to see why others would consider such features to be exotic. Unless they were talking about her eyes. That was a chemical imbalanced merged with cybernetic enhancement.
Not that the other woman needed to know, given the fact she was a scientist - and thus someone Marcia couldn’t trust,
"Yes I do, Ms. Briefs." Marcia responded positively, moving down in the display case and bringing out a platter, the sweet aroma of her cake filled their air, "Would you like a piece, or the whole thing?"
Bulma's eyes glittered with excitement as the purple haired female brought out the delicious looking cake before her; hunger now gnawing at her stomach. If it was up to her, she would engorge on the entire pastry like a rabid animal. But seeing as she was attempting to cut back on her intake of sweets, she opted for a small slice... ignoring the battle between her better conscious and her stomach.
"A slice sounds appropriate for the occasion." She answered with a flustered chuckle, patting her flat belly. The scientist couldn't deny that not only the cake looked delicious butt every item displayed before her behind the clean glass. Bulma silently noted to bring her mother along one of these days to treat her to some sweets. "Your pastries look absolutely lovely, Miss. Did you make these all on your own?"
"I did no such thing. It’s hardly as if it’s my fault that your gravity chamber cannot handle the strength of a true Saiyan warrior."
"Don't you dare start with me." She warned as she turned back to her computer monitor, her slender fingers typing against the keys. "There's obviously a reason as to why you've decided to grace me with your presence." The bluenette inquired with tones of sarcasm sprinkled over her words.
"Yes. Yes it is."
It had felt like an eternity since Bulma had last seen a Saiyan tail. Flashbacks of when she first stumbled upon her dear friend Goku replayed in her mind. Back then she found him to be quite strange. But the Earth's Savior was a strange man to begin with, aside from his saiyan heritage. It wouldn't be until years later until she and her friends would encounter more of the saiyan race in the forms of Vegeta and his brethern, Nappa and Raditz. But there couldn't possibly be more Saiyans in the universe... could there? Yet here this male stood as proof to the previously impossible.
"I didn't think this was possible..." She stated with a soft-spoken tone. "...I thought the Saiyans were annihilated by Frieza."
