Every morning that you wake up, try to do some stretches to warm up your body. Maintain exercise every day to keep your body physically fit. Every morning eating breakfast is a must, because you sleep for 8 hours without eating so breakfast is important and aslo important because after eating breakfast you will have more energy for your whole day. Eat healthy food such as fruits and vegetables, fish, drink milk, and other healthy stuff. You should alwayse have a go food, a grow food, and a glow food in your plate every meal so that you will always be a healthy person. And most importantly always be happy in your life every day.
