I've seen a lot of emotional things on this, and everytime I see a post about depression and such I get a little thing in my heart.

Everyone is beautiful, every single person. Just pick some time in your life you did enjoy. Bask in it. Try do something you enjoy, if you are having issues talk to someone, talk to anyone, me even.

I used to be going through a horrible time, a dark and destructive time for myself, feeling worthless at school, worse at home.

But things do turn around. Talk to someone.

Your life is worth a conversation, so don't pick any of those harmful things up to harm your body. Listen to music, wrap yourself up in a blanket and have a conversation with someone, share jokes, even really bad ones.
