I can get happy from little things - like a really great sandwich. Sometimes that’s all it takes.

Scott and Sunn O))) in the “furnace of sound.”
Love how Scott Walker is plugging his ears in the second picture
Leave it to Scott Walker to use the word "bescumber" in a song.
So is the new Swans song "Frankie M" about Frankie Muniz or what?
"Why is there a giant behind me adjusting his shades?"
I'm not sure if anyone has pointed this out before, but has anyone else noticed that the extended outro of Swans' song "Kirsten Supine" lines up nearly perfectly in length and visually with the intro to Lars Von Trier's film Melancholia?
If you line up the section of Kirsten Supine starting at 5:14 with the introduction scene of Melancholia the track lasts the same length. It has also been confirmed by Michael Gira himself that the song Kirsten Supine is inspired by the film in question.
Coincidence?
Attempting to decipher the apparent latin in the track featured in the teaser for "Soused". All I was able to find (thanks to google) was that Scott appears to be saying "custodiant migramus" in the first bit, which would make sense following the english part that says "keep moving on".
Lifting from the wiktionary, "custodiant" is the "third-person plural present active subjunctive of custōdiō". Custodio roughly meaning "guard", "guardian" or "keeper". "Migramus" is the "first-person plural present active indicative of migrō", which is related to migration or departing. (Forgive me if I'm screwing the languages up, but you get the rough idea)
I however have no idea where to start with the rest of it. Hopefully some latin expert (if that's what it is) will step up and decipher the rest.
Ugh..
