Yk the scene where simon realizes that he’s actually going to die a painful horrible death in that sub. Him grabbing onto his mother’s sheath and sobbing, seeking comfort even though it won’t help anything, nor will it save him

Yk when Simon finally realizes He’s going to die and nobody will remember him, nopony knew his name. When it all hit him like a truck and he just started crying because he knew he was gonna die. He fought his whole life to live and it was all for nothing because he was scapegoated by the people who he thought loved him. How he lost literally everyone close to him, and nobody will remember him after he retrieves the black box.

Also how there’s no way the COI would credit him for saving everyone else from going down there.

I know he detached himself from most of eden’s beliefs, but do ya’ll think there was any moment where he thought he was being punished by god for all he’s done?

I love the tag system. I love that AO3 lets you so accurately search for what you want and filter out what you don't. This is the point of the system very well displayed in 2 images.
