What i would PAY to see this level of love and characterization in captain marvel again. They way Hal speaks about him in the first panel, the way the justice league trusts him and hes obviously a valued member by everyone regardless of his age. Dc likes to either shove him off to the side or treat him like an idiot and refuse to give him a decent writing team is so infuriating.

Like sure hes an adult and looks like his father because that’s what hero’s are to him but what if there’s additional details most people don’t notice until they get to know him.

Captain marvel is sitting in a justice league meeting obviously not playing attention as he messes around with his mouth. Batman’s about to call him out until the guy pops up in excitement and brandishes a baby bone as he yells about how his tooth fell out to the horror of everyone around him.

Captain Marvel: IT CAME OUT!
