You're body wants to stay at the bigger size because that's better for survival. You need to resist the urge to eat after exercise especially because that is when the most calories are burned creating the biggest deficit. Otherwise you wont lose weight.
Weight loss will slow because you are getting smaller and naturally burning less calories but the deficit plus exercise will keep the weightloss going.
