#it was my day off at my part time job but I was there this morning taking a workout class #and things were a little chaotic between classes so I helped clean the mats #and helped put out the new mats #and helped in the daycare for a few minutes #even though I was there as a client not an employee and could have high tailed it out of there as soon as class was over #but it made me feel good to help!#not only did I selfishly feel good but these kinds of acts help build up my community #and I NEED that
