Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1/4 cup chopped almonds. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 tablespoon coconut oil. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Pinch of salt. 1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk of choice. Fresh fruit for topping e.g., sliced bananas, berries.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325F 160C. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
