Indulge in the rich and nutty delight of chocolate hazelnut cookies. These cookies are a perfect blend of cocoa and hazelnut flavors, with a chewy texture and delightful bursts of chocolate chips.
Ingredients: 1 cup hazelnut flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk together the hazelnut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
