Very VERY early concept art by Aurélien Predal, so these don’t necessarily give away any actual plots that’ll happen or anything, but it is interesting how so many of them (exactly half, actually, since this is the first of two posts) feature Moomin and Snufkin together; yet more evidence that their relationship was going to be a large focus of the series from the start. Also, I LOVE how Aurélien just made Snufkin’s nose and hat even bigger than they already are :’D ½
