man i sure do hate von but i really do miss tetro. i miss analyzing and creating with other people who i could connect with. the writing of the series might have turned shit eventually, but it was still nice to be in a community where you all looked forward to something. i think the characters also did a lot for a lot of people. tetro was innovative not only in its format but also in its writing, depicting struggles that you usually wouldn't see in media, or when you would it would be badly written, specially in the space of FANGANRONPA, whose canon series basically demonizes people with illnesses. tetro also had depictions of abuse that was usually glossed over specially in male victims. it was all something really new for everyone, and i think the community got carried away and glossed over the weird things about von and tetro's writing at the time, which i think had been present from the beginning, until it became too much.

that being said despite my once pinned post, tetro is something hard to look back at, but i dont hate it, and i still interact with it a bit from time to time. i feel like everyone suddenly switched up on it, just because the creator was shitty doesn't mean the writing had always been shitty, atleast not for all characters (sadly the female ones were thrown down the gutter from the start, which is something that i had always found weird that nobody called out.) i feel like its easy to just demonize the entire work because of the person behind it, since it hurts to think about it any further. but, if it had always been shit, why had we become so attached then? why was it so hard to move on? why do people keep making rewrites and redesigns?

its hard to not miss my comfort characters from tetro like a mf ough, they really helped me at the time and still do. i might make redesigns or ocs if i feel like it. i dont rlly post much here anyways though so dont expect anything.. cuz i just post fanart here yet i mostly only draw my ocs. should i post oc art? writing? idk it scares me a bit. im not sure what im going to do with this blog honestly, ill see eventually, but yeah, im still trying to draw and create a lot, that i dont post it anywhere doesnt mean i dont. i also have to organize this all a bit lol its sooo messy.

BPD content on Tumblr and other social media websites are a small but important reason why I refused my BPD diagnosis at 15. It cemented in my head that BPD was constant, hopeless, and destined people to lead unstable and unfulfilling lives.

I want to see representations of people with BPD who have loving parents/friends/community. Representations of people with BPD who can lead productive and healthy lives.

I am not perfect in this aspect, but I think a small part of the struggle is having NO role models to show me that I can still have a productive day at work/school despite my big emotions and mood swings.
