underrated phenomenon i haven't yet seen explored enough in hdg: owners annoying their pets

it's literally half the shit we do with our companion animals

we love poking them and moving our hands near them in stupid ways and just generally getting on their nerves, and we're pretty sure that's part of why they love us

sort of in the same way we love our siblings and friends for getting on our nerves in silly ways

so why does it feel like i haven't seen a lot of this in hdg?

just affini who revel in poking their florets a bunch and produce the widest shit-eating grins when they whine at them to quit it

i want more of this
