{DISCORD}.: To Be Human :. ROLEPLAY (DBH Universe)(Semi-lit to Literate)

This is a long-term group roleplay that takes place in the Detroit become human universe. In this roleplay, everyone has a chance to change the path of the story. There will be QTE polls and your character will be in danger of being deactivated or shutdown.

You must be able to draw your own character to enter it into the roleplay.

You must be at least semi-literate to be able to join.

This roleplay is going to be managed as if time is actually passing, so watch out for Time Stamps that state the date the roleplay is currently in. Keep track of your characters and whether or not they have been damaged, if they are not given repairs within three real days, they will shutdown. During QTE's, there are chances that your character can be harmed. If you choose a certain choice and you are in danger with a few other people, you will be entered into a raffle that decides your fate.

Over time the story will change and different areas will become available to roleplay in.

Basically that one scene where you have to save Simon when he runs out of cover and Markus has a choice of saving him, but when he does, he isn't fast enough and they both end up being shot, so during their last few moments they reach out to each other and hold hands, connecting one last time and the last thing they see or feel are each other's memories and "warmth".

Biggest pet peeve about the DBH fandom. The erasure of Luther and Alice from Kara’s story just to pair Kara with Connor or North.

Luther turned against his own master for Kara and Alice, Luther and Kara help each other take care of Alice, Luther and Kara has a strong bond, Kara and Luther would die for each other and die for Alice. Kara and Luther are the parents that Alice needs and wants. Even though Lover Path isn’t there for Luther, it is clear that Kara and Luther love each other

Alice is Kara’s whole reason for becoming a deviant. Kara is willing to die for Alice, her purpose is to get her somewhere safe. Protecting Alice, giving Alice a better life and being Alice’s mother is more important than a romance.

Kara and North barely have any screen time together, like at all and only have it if Markus is dead or exiled.

Kara and Connor literally only has two scenes together, one while chasing Kara and Alice, the other requires Markus dead and his revolution to fail just to get one scene of them together, Connor literally thinks nothing of Alice nor cares for her safety while chasing Kara and Alice

I personally ship Chorth because I think they'd be cute together if they ever met 😂 Like can you imagine a cinnamon roll like Chloe with an angry ball of fury that has the capability of being soft? Endless possibilities ; u ;

I low-key have a Headcanon that whenever Kara needs a babysitter for Alice, she asks Chloe and Chloe accepts without asking North so she brings home Alice and North doesn't know how to interact with children, so she ends up bonding with her over being destructive and causing chaos. For example, they wanted to see how long it'd take for Josh to notice all kinds of Sticky Notes on his back and Markus and Simon end up joining in and they all end up having a competition and it's the cutest/funniest thing ever and Josh is just confused as to why everyone is following him around and Chloe just sits back and watches the chaos her girlfriend is causing.

I love Simon/Markus as much as the next person but some people are getting out of hand.

From the multiple petitions I’ve seen passed around to actually harassing the actors social media accounts and pushing the ship there.

It didnt happen, but dont fucking turn into other fandoms where we try to bully the actors for something they had zero fucking control over, or demanding alternate stories/endings from Quantic Dream/David Cage. I know you hate him for valid reasons but jesus christ.

And for the love of God you can enjoy Markus/Simon without needing to shit on North 24/7 and talking about how much you hate her.

DBH: University AU Headcanons III

Connor Anderson: (2nd year) 21. This young lad loves dogs and had a habit of picking up strays from the streets when he was younger. He volunteers at a local dog shelter and cares for each and every pupper that comes in. He always goes back home for the holidays to visit his dad and his childhood dog Sumo. Connor has been seen to hang out with the Jericho Bunch a few times but he usually keeps to himself. He's very awkward in social interactions, but everyone loves him because he's very sweet and sincere. But even though he has a sweet personality, he knows how to execute self defense through the training his dad gave him since his father was a Police Lieutenant.

Luci Kapeletti: (4th year) 24. Luci is basically the grandmother friend that takes care of everyone. She has a very sweet and wise personality. She is a good friend of Markus's and was there when he and North broke up. She's like a sister to Markus, and she knows about his feelings for Simon but she won't say anything because she knows it's up to him to tell him. She loves to sit and listen to the sounds outside. Luci is very strong willed and won't give in easily to an argument. She is considered to be apart of the Jericho Bunch by other students. She's also the one everyone goes to for relationship issues or to simply talk to. Her sense of fashion varies from unsaturated summer dresses to sweaters with solid colors.

Gavin Reed: (3rd Year) 22. Gavin can be a lite shit, and he likes to tease Connor. He has raunchy humor and literally runs on coffee and caffeine. Sometimes if he's in a really good mood, you can catch him being nice. He's rough around the edges but honestly he can be a real sweetheart if you know him well enough. He just has a douchey outershell. He also low-key has a big ass crush on Conrad 👀

Conrad Stern: (3rd year) 23. He's almost identical to Connor but it's only coincidence. There's no actual proof that they're long lost siblings. He was adopted by Amanda Stern, a CEO of Cyberlife. He's a very stronk fellow and seems to have a lack in emotion but really he's just contemplating murder...probably. He's also very determined to make his mother proud, which isn't the healthiest. Sometimes he snaps at people if he's trying to get things done. He's not big on emotions and relationship commitments but he does have one night flings with people here and there. With guys so far. He's friends with Gavin Reed.
