Sitting charts

Are they needed? Yes. Are they a pain in the ass? Absolutely! Every day, I have to sit down and reshuffle the kids until I find something that works.

There's a prime number of them; it's never equally divided, so one will complain they're sitting with fewer people. Another will complain they don't want to sit with the classmates I've listed. Another will ask to change so they can sit with friends. Another will spend my entire class chatting and disrupting others. None of them know enough about the subject to "get away with it".

Not to mention the ones that can't sit together. A can't sit with B and C because A has a history of picking on them. D hates E, so don't put them together or else they'll fight. F cannot sit with G, H, I J or K because they'll chat and play the whole class and they happen to be some of the weakest.

And, frustrating as it is, that's still the least of my problems.
