Lula magazine describes itself as being "the kind of girl you'd have a crush on. Or be intimidated by. Her style is all old-fashioned cameras, 70's dresses, patterned stockings, heavy mascara. She'd live in an apartment where the wallpaper is peeling off, but it would be held together lovingly by a litter of poems and polaroids. Her CDs would be all over the floor, but she'd know the name of every one.
I found this magazine Lula, which i thought related very well with what my theme. The tile says it all âNOTHING IS REAL BUT THE GIRLâ
What it means to be eloquent?
Puzzling out what it means to be eloquent means fitting together and pulling apart many pieces. The American Heritage Dictionary definition divides eloquence in two parts: "persuasive, powerful discourse" or a speech or look that's "vividly or movingly expressive." "Exceedingly dignified," "fluently persuasive and forceful," and "effectively conveying meaning, feeling or mood."
Both of these magazines title and the modelâs being used is representing what I was aiming to show in my music magazine. Also, what my aim for when my audiences reads my article is for them to think that whoever wrote the article has the capability to explain themselves or that âthe magazine speaks for itself. Which is what the word âELOQUENTâ means
