🌈     schedules for the day had been long over for bambi and her girls and while she’d had every intention of driving her ass back home once they returned to the crown building, a certain text changed all that. sure, she could have just told cash that she was tired and didn’t want to be bothered, but that simply wasn’t true. at least, not when it came to him; she’d always want to be bothered. not even changing out of the clothes her stylist had given her for the show appearance they just did, bambi made her way to the studio that cash favoured. rather, he favoured while in the actual crown building itself. it was almost surreal how he had been able to decipher that the shoe clicks were her and had started talking immediately without even turning around. “no diet for me.” the words were said briskly, but the way her arms draped over the back of his chair to rest on his shoulders was anything but cold. “you know me, somehow i’d do anything for you.” there was a small smile that had an effect on her tone and she pressed a kiss to his temple (a gesture that had long since been deemed a necessity in their friendship) while simultaneously slipping the blunt from his fingers. “we can take your car. i told the girls to just drive mine back to the dorm. but first– let me change my shoes.”

👽    contact was necessary between them. once he would have cringed away, would’ve wiped her kiss right away after it had landed on him, but he knew it was effortless -- and he also noticed that he no longer wanted to be without that. he smiled, “ well, i am not saying that you need any diet. i just didn’t want to feel guilty after ruining it tonight. ” he frowned in protest as he felt his blunt being taken away from his grip, mind already getting slightly clouded. his hand came to rest on her arms, rubbing them slowly -- “ you could keep the shoes, i think high heels make your ass look amazing anyways. ” he turned, trying to look at her. “ not that it doesn’t look amazing usually, but the heels just enhance its power, y’know ? ” cash grinned, satisfied with his p o o r remark.

🍓     we. he said it so confidently, she was almost convinced that he wasn’t mistaken. his mention of the last time she had craved ice cream was in fact true and it had her wondering if there was any left. his voice was so soft though and for a moment that’s what she focused on while his hand attempted to take hold of hers. “if there isn’t anymore i just might cry.” the d r a m a t i c s of it all. while any other moment she would have gotten herself up and gone to the kitchen herself doing those things were never fun when he was around. sitting herself up, long legs draped over the side of the couch now, though one lingered against his own. 

“oppa, can you go see if we have some ice cream.” the emphasis was put on the word that he had used as it was accompanied by a smile. 

👽       he was always comfortable with her, in ways that he wondered what would his answer be if someone simply asked what is home for him -- part of him feared hi answer, knowing well that he name could quickly slip from his mouth, and make things way too real. he looked over at her ( as if he could look at anything else in the room ) and smiled softly. “ don’t cry. don’t do this to my heart. ”  careful eyes watched as she slowly got up, but then he was already stretching, preparing himself to get up, before her next words. yes, if they have ice cream. “ alright, alright. ” he smirked, stopping one moment to brush stray hairs off of her face. “ but if we don’t have it, we gotta go out to buy some. ”

🌸     a strike of lightning managed to light up all of milk’s apartment as she awaited the much welcomed belated roar of thunder. late night thunder storms were her favourite times; what better to do than spend it eating and watching a movie? her netflix surfing would have to wait, however, since the kitchen had her preoccupied. she had managed to fry enough chicken to serve even the whole of venus. she didn’t mind the extras, though. that only meant more for her. or rather– a knock at her door signified that it might mean enough for her and some company. she wasn’t too worried about the identity of the person, however. there were only a select few that had access to her building anyway. let alone being able to know her apartment number. with a chicken wing nestled tightly between her teeth, she opened the door to see who it was. “kahi?” there was excitement in her voice, but also concern once it registered that the younger was soaking wet. ushering him in, she immediately went into mom mode going on a hunt for extra clothes and towels. “either you smelled that chicken from a mile away or you just really missed me.” granted, it was probably neither (but maybe both) but either way, milk was happy to see her brother.

👽     in all honesty, to say he was in full control of his action, was a blunt lie. he had decided to skateboard by the river -- he had decided, without planning anything ahead, without even checking if he was with his phone and wallet; which ended up with him not being with neither, and in his pockets nothing but a lighter and a blunt. kahili had gone far, and then he decided to light up, and then he realized he was under the rain with nothing to cover himself with but his shape, which, by the way, did its job poorly. in the haphazard that was his mind, the first place that he could think of was home -- and the closest he had of his home was his sister. the doorman let him in without a second glance; he had full access to her place at all hours, and sometimes he wished he heard her more and actually stopped by frequently. when he noticed, he was at her door, and a second later, he was surrounded by the smell of chicken and the unique scent of the flowers that bloomed during hot summer nights that only annie had. “ i am starving, really. ” he watched as she practically bounced around. “ and apparently is raining a fucking lot, i had no idea. ” kahili stood in the middle of her living room, awkwardly, not wanting to touch anything while wet like that.

🍓     delicate fingers ran through long hair as victoria rested her head down on the edge of her couch and sighed. the blonde had been in her apartment all day and her time had been spent working on writing lyrics. time to herself wasn’t taken often, but as of lately it had been much needed. it wasn’t hard for her to be easily overwhelmed by the presence of too many around her. and granted, sure, she was as extroverted as they come; but even she needed to recharge. but surprisingly, that didn’t eliminate one person specifically from being granted the pleasure of her company. cash had come over a few hours earlier bearing the gifts of food and soft presence. “oppa…” victoria trailed off as she longingly looked off towards her kitchen. “kahli oppa…i want ice cream.”

👽      it was her company he looked forward at the end of the day. kahili was often surrounded by people -- people he genuinely enjoyed to be around with, some others that he would rather just not pretend to like, but either way, he enjoyed all that. but then it was a pattern, and patterns repeat themselves -- at the end, all he wanted was to be surrounded by her presence. he knew her tastes, he knew what she wanted, what she n e e d e d; and what himself was in need of could be found right there, with blond locks forming a halo that well suited her entire self. “ hm ? ” he rose his eyes from his book, slowly, taking his time to absorb the sight of her -- one he never gets tired of. “ bloom-ah...we don’t have ice cream i believe. ” he reached for her hand, soft smile on his face. “ unless one last tube managed to survive the last time you were craving it. ”

👽    really. he had been locked in the recording room all day, self-coaching and going over and over the lyrics he had written at a questionable hour, only to result in questionable content. he wasn’t satisfied, but was he ever satisfied lately ? he needed to recharge, he need to simply loose a little -- and the only person who managed that was her. he blew the smoke from him blunt upwards and, for a few seconds, he watched it float away.  “ i hope you’re not one a diet, and if you are, i am sorry in advance. ” his words came out in the moment he heard her high heels clicking on the pavement. “ i am starving, and i really hope you join me for dinner tonight.  and then we decide what we can do after. ”
