What if at the very end of Supernatural we see Dean in a straightjacket in a padded cell and two FBI agents and a doctor is observing him? An implication that Mary and Sam died in a house fire and Dean lost his mind. He became a paranoid, schizophrenic, delusional, homicidal serial killer who’s been killing humans all this while. Sam, Cas and all the people he’s attached to are actually figments of his imagination. How twisted would that be?
