lowkey, I'm just going to point out in BSD I HATE when people say Moris a PDF, like, I get its kind of weird that the two people he mentored were kids and have like WAY too much trauma, and in a sense, I Definitely know he was abusive. and that his ability is called vita sexualis, and it's a little girl. first off, I'd like to say BONES STUDIOS DID ELISE dirty. SHES AN ADULT IN THE MANGA 😭. also, its cannon mori always wanted kids but he never had any so Yosano and Dazai were kind of surrogate kids for him. HE ISNT FREAKY.

Sailor moon rant :3

so, I don't get why people think Japan is this super conservative country, well, in certain perspectives it is, but most of the time it's too liberal for America. when sailor moon first aired in America, they changed a lot of the character backstory and depth. one great example of this is Haruka Tenou, aka sailor Uranus, one of the first lesbian and genderfluid characters in anime. she was also in a cannon W|W relationship with Michiru Kaiou. however, when it aired in America in 1995, television didn't like this being shown as a character, so they changed Michiru to being Haruka's cousin, however, they didn't rly take out much scenes w/ them together, so there was lots of weird feeling watching two characters who were supposed to be "cousins" have a lot of romantic tension
