A warm breeze, a full moon, the smell of flowers warmed by the sun all day, and the distant sound of coyotes calling out over the sound of the crickets.

Goddess is reminding us of our place in her plan and that we need to rest meditate on all that is good around us.

I pour a glass of wine for her and spill it out under the great oak tree. I light a candle and know that we are all connected.

Coming into fall, remember to set your intentions for the sabbat cook a fabulous braided bread and make light a candle to let the sage smoke cleanse your wonderful space. Blessed be.

Making soap is not only fun, but can be spiritual and a great time to cast a quick spell or two. Remember before you get started knowing what your intention is so you can blend it into you soapy brew. I have a couple of soap examples. I make it fun then cap the bar with a layer of soap stirred to the right to set my intention, the soaps are made with herbs and essential oils that compliment and empower my intention. Remember, they don't have to be pretty, just powerful. Enjoy.

Following my spiritual path, I always check my Kindle store for great reading and more knowledge. If I do enough looking I always find hidden treasure in the vast library of tomes and recordings. I thought I would share my recent finds.
