Is this how you roll?
That saying - the one about the brain being your biggest sex organ - is wrong.
It isn't your brain. It's your fat.
All those so-soft pounds weighing you down. Soft like velvet. Soft like pudding. Soft like dough rising from your body.
Fat bodies are plush, biologically cushioned. Edges rounded out and padded away.
Every inch of it oh so sensitive. To the feel of nails tracing the spill of fat beneath your chin. The friction of hands caressing the curve of your belly and squeezing the love handles spilling from your sides. Teeth biting into the warm roll near the top of your thigh.
There's nothing more sensual than the way fat moves - rippling, undulating, spreading. The way it picks up momentum as you waddle, swaying to a stop after you still. The way folds of fat stacked under a shirt silhouette themselves against the fabric, straining buttons and stretching seams.
There's the silky plumpness of upper elbow fat and the dimpled dough more often found on thighs and ass. Not to mention the fat curtain hanging down over your thighs. Or the pillows of flesh perched atop the span of your belly.
So squeezable. So suckable. Just begging to be kneaded and nibbled. Grabbed and caressed. Fondled. Slapped.
So fat and so very fuckable. Aren't you?

Always push yourself to eat a little more. When you’re feeling full, just push forward and eat a little more. Make yourself slightly bigger portions. Don’t feel like you need to overdo it at first, just make gradual changes and soon your appetite, stomach capacity, (and hopefully waistline) will adjust accordingly! :)
