”It’s just gonna be some stars on my back, chill.”
She can almost hear heaven's bells toll upon seeing her sister again. One hand comes up, tilting the brim of her hat down to shade her face to avoid Elwine witnessing such a sad expression.
What can she even say in this situation? The angel is almost certain to strike out if her memory serves right, the witch's grip on her faithful broom tightening ever so slightly.
"... Sister," comes the name, rolling off her tongue as if this is simply another encounter.
Voyages to land are always nice, in one way or another. For instance, one could meet up with an old friend, as is the case now. Land certainly does have its perks, doesn’t it!
"Hi Chlomaki! Uh…" Good question. Actually, she can’t remember. Must not have been all that interesting - oh, wait.
"I went to the witch world a little bit ago! I was looking for a spellbook, but I forgot what the title of it was. I think it had a lot of show-offy magic anyways. How have you been?"
Maybe an adventure into the sea every once in while wouldn't be too awful, would it? Of course, she only ever ventured down there to retrieve Lobco but visiting her favorite witch must become a priority of hers.
The pause in the sea witch's speech only gives a sign that nothing must have really gone on recently. Her legs cross and uncross repeatedly, awaiting a proper answer and not just a trailed off sound.
"Show-offy magic? Jeez, if you wanted to learn about that, I could've taught you some," Chlomaki pointed out. "I've been pretty good! I sent Shizk out for a bit, so I'm tryin' to figure out which of my familiars to pick up this time."
Dear god, not that idiotic cat witch again. Hadn’t he run into her before, and hadn’t it not ended well? No, that was just his encounters with everyone he’d ever met. And through traveling for so long, he’d sure met a hell of a lot of people. Nobody worth bringing along or staying in contact with, however…just troublemakers and people who thought he was trespassing, sigh.
“…Jus’ passin’ through. Hrgh.”
Grouchy shark??? Grouchy shark. Just looking at the guy reminded her of Wadanohara's old shark familiar. What was his name again? Sardinekichi? Seakichi? It was something relatively uncreative, but eh. Regardless of the old shark's motives for passing through the area, Chlomaki intended to follow him until he exited the region. She sat near him, legs crossed as she gave a sly smile towards him.
"Just passing through? Where are you going, Sharky?"
What's a better way to make friends than to throw food at them? There isn't one, she believes.
So, following that, Chlomaki plucks a chocolate from her OCHO chocolate bag and launches it at the nearest person's head.
"I dunno what you're doing around these parts, but that's none of my business."
What a hodge-podge of people she's met today. It kind of makes her wonder what their deal is.d

The angel makes no hesitations in just crashing into the cat witch. Latching her arms around the other in an attempt to make sure she couldn’t just shake her off. It isn’t long before little muffled sniffles and hics could be heard from the small celestial.
Dammit--
She hadn't expected Charlotte to react that quickly after barreling into her. Now she couldn't do anything, simply sitting there with a small angel crying into her back. Swallowing her guilt, she breathes out and shakes her head. "... Kid, why are you crying on me? I don't know you."
Huh, this guy wasn't an expected face. What was a demon doing around these parts? Sure, it was less unusual than an angel, but...
"What're you doing in the Witch's world, Mr. Sunglasses?"
"Lobcooooooooo!" Kicks the door open. Way to practically scare your familiar into a heart attack, Chlomaki. "Look what I brought for you!"
"A human, a shark, and... something." Chlomaki, that's rude. Regardless, she twirls her broom like a baton and hits the ground with the end, a near smirk on her lips. "So, what'dya want from the Pitch Witch?"
"Never saw any broom,” he spoke up and hovered in on his own broom, “Well, guess ya’ can include mine,” he said with a shrug. The cat witch just stayed on the broom and seemed to casually lay on it, “Could look for it for ya’. Maybe. Maybe not. If yer broom ran off, maybe he doesn’ want someone ta’ randomly catch ‘em, huh?”
Way to make her slightly jealous just by looking at his broom, Samekichi. "I can tell," Chlomaki answers, leaning back on her heels and studying the stranger. Was this guy trying to jack her style? Not really, but other cat witch were... rare, she thought. Whatever, it wasn't important. "I kind of need my broom to get between places so like or not I'm getting it back."

PANIC MODE ACTIVATED. Look, her ears are completely up and alert. She stares for moment before nodding, giving a dismissive wave. "Yeah, uh... thanks, angel guy." Just gonna... hurry off a little now.
”I might have. I saw a broom - it was propped up, though. Is it black?
…Does it normally take off on its own?”
"Yep, that's the broom I'm lookin' for! Can you lead me to where it is?
... Not usually, but I think he's just being a little too sensitive."
