The first time Y/n met her future son, she legitimately cried. The little boy was so vulnerable, with the only thing he’d had to call a mother taken from him by the serial killer the BAU were hunting down.

Lots of the kids she came into contact with were troubled, but sweet, six-month-old Beckham needed someone. He didn’t have a dad listed on his birth certificate, and his mom was a runaway with no family.
