IMPORTANT UPDATE!!

Hey!! Sorry to say this, but I have unfortunate news. As many players of the 3ds counsel, there has been a new update going around. If you play the games normally, then nothing’s wrong! but if you’re someone who uses CFW and other hacked data like me, then the update is an issue. Before I knew about the problem with the update, I decided to go ahead and download it. I was wary at first but I asked a friend (who didn’t use any hacked data) about it, and they said it was ok. So I proceeded. 

The update caused my system to not boot on start anymore, meaning I could not turn it on properly. The only way to fix it was to download a new version of Luma that could fix the problem. This was an easy task, and I could do it in the time before the giveaway. (the crash happened on Wednesday) But, I soon found out that my one sd adapter was broken, and I knew I couldn’t fix my ds until I got a new one. 

So, unfortunately, I will have to delay the giveaway until I get a new adapter. I’m sure I will get it before the end of the year, so don’t worry. Again, I am so sorry!

Introduction!

Hey!! I’m Catharsis787, an artist and a mad fan of cartoons and Nintendo games! You can just call me Cath, though ;)

I am so excited to get to know the part of Tumblr that also has an obsession over Pokemon, like me, and get to know you! I am a PKSM user and I previously had a hobby of making Pokemon for my friends! But some of them suggested making an official account with shiny Pokemon raffles that I create, and I thought it was a great idea! So I came to Tumblr! My page is a safe space for everyone, so you don’t have to worry about discrimination of any kind!! Now, I am new to Tumblr and it’s mechanics, so I may ask for help sometimes, sorry!!  ;-;

Anyway, I hope to do some giveaways soon! And jsyk, the giveaways will NOT be raffles!! (you don’t have to follow me or repost any of my giveaway posts; it’s completely free!!). They will be GTS giveaways where I will ask you to deposit a Pokemon (a wingull, nicknamed “For Cath”) into the GTS and with the Pokemon you want! Then in around a day (at most, I will check every day for submissions), I will look for those wingulls and, if you put in the Pokemon you wanted correctly, you will get your shiny!! Everyone has a chance! 

I do gts giveaways for Gen 6 & 7! (from pokemon xy to usum)! I don’t see a lot of pages who still do giveaways for these games, so I hope you appreciate me for still taking notice of these games!

So, how do you even get one of these shinies! Well, it’s easy! all you have to do is catch a wingull and nickname it “For Cath” so I know it’s for me!! Then, deposit it into the GTS for the Pokemon you want! And in about a day (or less), You’ll have your brand new shiny!! Easy! Now, if you DO NOT get your shiny in more than a day, it could be because of the following reasons: you put the wrong Pokemon in; you asked for the wrong Pokemon; you didn’t name your wingull. If you still had all of those correct, dm me!! we can have a link trade instead! (no required Pokemon for link). If you want, you can also do holds on Pokemon if you can’t trade in the given time to trade! But, be sure to notify me BEFORE the giveaway ends!! Very important!! 

But, when does the giveaway end anyway? Well, the giveaways will always end SUNDAY at 11:59 pm EST!! That means you have a total of three days to trade with me! Plenty of time! I will be checking the GTS regularly so if you thought initially only one Pokemon a day, that is not the case!! If you all really think this is not enough time, then make sure to tell me because I want all of you to have the opportunity to get these guys!
